This is THE VIDEO that 98% of established pressure washing companies won’t share with anyone!! This is valuable information that anyone can understand and is helpful in many ways!! If everyone who does this sticks to the same “calculations”, we can all make more money and keep the value of our service up!! Blessings bro!
Yes indeed brother there's enough for all of us to eat and more! Thanks for stopping by.
100% Agree with you on this. I hope this video reaches a lot of new up and coming pressure/soft washing business owners and learn this way of properly estimating a roof wash. We all hurt when new owners are focused so much on getting the business going and start give out crazy prices. Not properly calculating only leads to a less profitable business or not profitable at all after calculating business Opex every month.
THIS IS VERY TRUE MY FELLOW WASHERS 👍
I agree, even we might make a standard. The cake is very big.
Thank you for giving back. I pray everyone out there who are trying to start or even thinking about starting a business, gain success and prosperity. Power and peace to the world.
No problem. Glad to help out.
Thank you my brother! I can see that you are truly out to help others.
You're welcome a d thanks for viewing the video

Hey brother. Thank you for the support from overseas! Glad I could help 😌 ☺️
Thank you. You're the first one I've found that explained this so easy. Most of the ones I've seen make it too complicated. Thank you.
You're very welcome 🙏🏽
Hey my friend. The sign of true character in a human being is his willingness to help others (no plugs hooks gotches or lead ons into if you want more subscribe to my blah blah blah for only "enter used car salesman type language here").
You are truly an individual of high quality character and it is greatly appreciated.
Thank you brother. I appreciate the kind words and support. Comments like this is why I started the channel, I just want to help others and elevate my brothers/sisters in this industry. I dont have any competition, I want all of us to accomplish our individual goals.
Best explanation of pricing roofing cleanings I have ever seen on the internet. Thanks Cliff for sharing with us.
Thank you. Glad I could help.
Good video bro!!!
Glad you enjoyed! Thanks Scott!
I use this method but simplified it into 3 multipliers. I use 1.5, 1.22, and 1.41 as a rule of thumb but I'll vary depending on complexity or how dirty sometimes. Makes things very consistent and removes guess work. Love it. Good video.
Thanks for sharing ☺️🙏🏽
Thank you for taking the time to show us what most people won’t. I’ve been watching a lot of your videos. God bless you my friend

Dude, This one was very educational. You used a term I've never heard before. How do you bag the gutters and what do the bags catch?
Thanks again. I take notes when I watch your videos.
Gutter Bags. Catches the run off from when you clean the roofs. They're in the description of the video. And also here a video of me installing them at a job.

Good stuff right there is it bout the same method for a house wash
No not for measuring a house wash. Luckily the square footage of houses can be found more easily through any realtor sites like zillow, trulia, redfin etc. ..
Great video I learned a lot from it thank you brother 🙏
You're welcome my brother
How are you marketing yourself, what do you prefer ? Trying to help my 16yr old to start for this summer.. Thanks again and keep up the good your doing by helping newbies out.. Peace
Yard signs, postcards/flyers, business cards, Facebook neighborhood groups, Instagram, nextdoor app, those are all in my bag of tricks. On top of my google business listing.
Thank You so much bro🤝💯🔥 We really need that video you the best and so helpful🙏🏽💯
You got it my man JJ! Thanks for the support.
Good information 👍...thanks bro
Thanks and you're welcome
Nice video. Thank you. Do you have any videos of pricing for pool cages & pool decks?
Nah i dont have those.
Thanks for your response. What do you recommend for pricing on an average / ground sqft pool cage?
@rangeism I don't price mine like that. I just do them by size. Small medium and large. Large being those tall 2 story cages. Prices I'm not sure on cause everywhere is different and every business has different costs/overhead. If I can average $250-350 an hour that's good for me but that may not be for someone else
That helps. Thanks for the feedback & the great videos.
Good morning Cliff,
can you make a video also on how you get measurements and charge accordingly for commercial buildings and residential homes please? Thanks
I dont measure for that. I use the online realtor sites to get the sq ft. If they have a garage I add that sq ft in cause that's not included in the living space sq ft. Once I get my total sq ft I can times it by what I charge per sq ft. (I've given u the price range for those already) for commercial I do the same but of course minus the garage part lol.
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash thank you, and yes I have the prices on my notes. Appreciate that brother
Thanks for the information 👍
Any time!
Excellent video.
Thanks Jeff
Thank you for sharing!! 💯👊🏾
No problem 😊
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash What coverages (limits, etc.) do you carry for commercial work? Who do you have your policy with?
Wow I would have undercharged glad you put this video out Thanks.
You're welcome brother

Thank you I learn something new today!
Glad I could help my man.
Great video!!! Thanks for all your info and help!
Yessuh! Thank you for the comment.
How did you come up with “ .20 per square foot “ ?
Thanks
It's just a estimated price. From learning , the average price is . 20-40c a SQ ft depending where you are located.
