Tech needs a list of every location's contact person and to be included in the email saying work is being done. Medical offices are so disorganized I'd bet 70 locations won't let you in or you waste 30 minutes watching them call that contact because they didn't tell the front desk person.

I’ve actually been back and forth with this guy and think I found a way to make lemonade out of these lemons. I basically got him to agree to the total job at $47,500 which is $275/device so long as he can create a mass email to every contact at every clinic and make them all aware of us coming out there and to know we would be calling them the morning of and letting them know a couple hours in advance that we’d be on our way. My gross cost will be about 25k or less and the job will sell for 47,500 +tax. Should actually turn into a banger now.
