My uncle has followed a similar path, just with land surveying rather than plumbing. He's now easily making $120K a year now, but unfortunately, due to bad spending habits combined with some bad luck, he's not able to save almost any of it. So... be frugal with your money.

experience and intuition nothing can beat that and replace it except another dude with experience and the same intuition maybe a dude that is himself into plumbing or was into plumbing and has alot of experience in that department can be you sales guy who is better tbh a dude with a background in plumbing that knows how to tell vs a slimeball sales guy that knows jack shit about plumbing so u will have to teach him from that ground up so that in the next maybe 2-4 years shit becomes like basic intiution
