Dude, minus the current business status my background is almost identical. I grew up skateboarding and surfing, which I think gives you a unique perspective on how to perceive failure. I can relate to the "what's next" mentality. I started plumbing at 17 and after 22 years I opened my residential service business about 5 months ago. Im assuming the 595 is definetly bazed on your market idk if pricea like that exist where im at not even half of that im extremely intreated in seeing that hourly calculator and how you calculate that

Do you have your technicians get onsite and quote $595/hr for a typical drain cleaning job to snake a kitchen sink? Or do you flat rate the $595? What’s the approach here and what happens if the job becomes more difficult after you’ve already quoted a flat rate of $595?
595. If you mess up on your quote, you eat it.
This is me 100% right now it like you been riding in the truck with me the last 6 months. Partner isn't as much of a risk taker, old trucks like $5k a piece already replaced transmission in one the other is acting up. Making 50k draws and its gone before we got it. Turning towards service way under priced still but it's all about to change
