Jared, thanks as always for the content! I have a question, do you prefer to lease or own your service vehicles? Is there anything you would prefer to lease over own? I recently started leasing from Home Depot large ladders, specialty tools etc and its actually helpful because now I charge the customer for these "special" items apposed to just going out and buying it so I have it kind of thing..
I was recently told it is better to have a company that leases everything from a legal stand point if someone tries to sue you, you don't own anything other than the cash on hand to go after. From a tax stand point it is still a write off.. So I guess my real question is, in your opinion does your companies value come from the things it owns or the things it produces? and if you were to buy /sell a company which would you prefer?
Another solid podcast!
Watching the beginning of this in 2x is funnny
Buy it for a nickel, sell for a dollar and you don’t even have to keep books
Dude this could not have been more well timed for us! Thank you Jered. Btw
Do you own Mountaineer now?
Inspiring....TY

Great podcast. The lip smacking into the mics is tough to endure.
