The owner deals with: Legal issues Repairs/ Maintenance Insurance Rent Marketing The board of directors Product management Ect All of these things cost money to manage.

Corporstuims have to pay you to use them, pay for the maintenance amd you as a robot owner can own some amount between 1 and 5.
