Where are you doing flat rate pricing when you rasie your prices up and started to get more money?or time and material? What would you suggest when I get my hourly rate set in place? start flat rate and how would I do that?

Does your hourly charge incorporate your vehicle charge and snake machine if needed ? Or is that additional as well? Thanks for all your great info!

Yes. We incorporate that stuff into our hourly rate. No additional fees or charges.

Would your coaching program be able to provide the same for an electrical biz? Super interested!

I’m in the program and do HVAC only. Jereds coaching has everything to do with plumbing yet nothing to do with plumbing. Highly recommend it

I’m in Virginia, one year in business. I’m charging $70 an hour and then adding parts/materials on top of that. Do you think I need to raise my hourly rate?

    • @MikeVert-k4d

I’m starting to charge $150-165 an hr. Don’t undervalue yourself if you’re good

Hey there, I’m a 20 year old apprentice with one year of experience. I love the trade and can’t wait to do what you do when I’m licensed, one question, how are you charging 400 an hour? In my area, Connecticut, we charge 168 and that’s high compared to most other companies near us Thanks for the video I learned a ton!

Find the highest priced plumber in your area and copy what they do. They most likely charge a flat rate for each service. That way the customer doesn’t associate the price with time. Instead it’s associated with the value they are getting in return.
