      Thanks for trying the exercises. I learned them many years ago when I took my yoga teacher training and didn’t really think much of them. During COVID I worked in social work and one of my clients told me she used bumblebee breath to help with her anxiety and it inspired me to try them again. Just another tool in the toolbox when support is needed! 🤍
