I will search for the rest of your contents of there is a meditation without birds singing in the background as they trigger waking up with their high pitched songs as that's how it is in Nature. It's beautiful but not conducive to sleep. I didn't invent this! I learned it somewhere and indeed, it wakes me up as well. Thank you again for sharing this! I will share it with my friends ❤

This was wonderful. I really enjoyed it. One note maybe to know that traumatized people may have a reaction, a response, to saying "I am safe".My blood pressure rose. My body got hot. My breathing tried to get shallow but I'm experienced enough now to know what was going on inside and why I was suddenly feeling kind of panicky. It's just something to think about. It did teach me something about how safe or unsafe I still feel at this moment when my thinking mind moves out of the way for a moment. ❤
Hey, thanks for the feedback. It’s difficult (maybe impossible) to account for every different reaction, but I try to give as many options as possible. I also try to remind people at points that if my words don’t resonate, then to adapt the words or ignore them. If I was to do the perfect job my meditations would all be an hour long!! But I’ll try to remember that next time and hopefully provide an alternative ❤️
Have you heard of TRE(Trauma Release Exercises)? If you want to heal and release what this brought up it might be something you want to try. You can find some videos here on TH-cam. It is suggested to initially do it with a TRE guide. Blessings 🙏💞

Your voice is very relaxing and for the most part I thoroughly enjoyed your meditation Chibs. However, I usually fall asleep during meditation but birds chirping sounds in the background. for me was distracting and I was not able to fully relax.
What would it mean if I get nightmares from this meditation (only this one)? I fall asleep within minutes every time I listen to it, only to fall into a really bad nightmare everytime. I wondered does it have smth to do with the state of my vagus nerve? Btw, your voice is amazing!
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with nightmares. This might be due to underlying stress or anxiety. Perhaps try a lighter meditation before sleep and see if that helps. Your well-being is important, and I'm here to support you!
I feel like electricity flowing through my body, tension headache and muscle twitching. I have shallow quickbreating but the funny thing is I’m not anxious or worriedbut my body is
@@claudiaduncan3419I thought I was going mad because when I told my family they just think it’s in my head and my mum thinks its because I’m overweight. The worst thing was feeling alone and like no one understands so it’s crazy knowing someone gad has the same. I finally realised its to do with my work talking on people on phone all day with headset. How long have you have it?
@@teaacustardcream2868being overweight is also unhealthy and gas an influence on the breathing and vagus nerve. Look into heavy metal toxicity, damage from antibiotics and parasites and also diet and mold exposure. All this makes us gain weight and cause anxiety and shallow breathing as is my case as well. Take care and be well!
@@shantinaturechild3239 yeah I realise that but im continuing to try ad loose weight. I have a food addiction and been on diets since a child. Some day ill get there🤞🏻

I really like the fact that there is no music attached to this medication. I find mysic highly distractive. This alone makes it perfect for me ❤️
