Will 478 breathing instead work?
Absolutely! Intentional breathing, similar to the types mentioned in this video along with 4-7-8 all are great techniques to help support your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. In my opinion, one is not better than another but rather finding which one(s) you prefer or which one supports you best with your needs in that moment.

Thanks for trying the exercises. I learned them many years ago when I took my yoga teacher training and didn’t really think much of them. During COVID I worked in social work and one of my clients told me she used bumblebee breath to help with her anxiety and it inspired me to try them again. Just another tool in the toolbox when support is needed! 🤍

Saturday when I walked in the park and saw the beautiful fallen leaves I just thought they sacrifced themselves for the tree could live and outlive the winter. And the tree honours this sacrifice to grow new leaves at spring. It is so perfect and so beautiful, the wisdom of Nature.

This was my warming up for todays meditation. Brethwork is truly magical. I got a sensation of "drunkeness" when opening my eyes, but the good type. Body pulsating. Stretching every day for getting comfortable in lotus position, not quite there yet, but soon. I'm still learning my way, but I feel more and more ready as my life and practice are settling down. So again, thanks for a great session and guidance with your teaching, I do learn. Also, that last bowl sound was amazing. It went through me as a small earthquake. 🌳🥣🍃 ✌🏻🙏🏻

But now I see clearly what they mean with the saying; "drowning your plants," as I have learned that they take up oxygen via their roots. Thanks for the luck, I need some og that when my love fails to do the job. Right now, I am learning to develop meditation via youtube and immense goggling, but I might want to find a teacher or a meditation "place" nearby so I can ask for guidance as I do want to grow in my practice. There are so many questions and so many ways to get misleaded, for me personally, that is. I must know the true path as I was shown a small portion of.
