Two days ago on the 2nd day of my periods i was looking for a period workout and what??? i found out this video but i did it today because of festive (holi) and i really feel great after doing this workout somehow i did because i have belly fat so I am not able to do some aasans but yeah complete the whole workout and i was really enjoying it while doing mann krra tha or krti rhi....10 mint kb over ho gye pta hi nhi chla🥰 Thank you sooo much for this video, now i saved it offline whenever i need it in my periods i will do it 😊love you gunjan di.

Never give up! i haven't seen my period. I got worried abt this and thought of consulting a doctor. I'm overweight with sedentary lifestyle. Lastly I realized worry/anxiety makes things even more worse. So yes one month I promised to be consistent. I just said to myself if we do workout we will get results. I didnt worry abt period ntg; result followed. One month I did workout Meditation/breathing excersies for mental peace Ate clean food And baam I saw my best frnd after 4 months! And this became my routine and I'm following it uwu
