I am suffering from pcos and have been following your yoga series since 2 weeks , i got my period after 4 months with changes in diet and daily yoga series of yours , thank you ❤️
I just did some changes in diet no sugar , once in a while occasionally is okay but on daily basis no sugar, and no dairy products i sometimes take curd or paneer cause i m vegetarian but no milk , cut off the milk , cutting off some amount of carbohydrates intake not totally but little bit , eating green vegetables like spinach, but i was also having some thyroid issues too so i have to cut off the cruciferous vegetables mainly cauliflower and cabbage, i sometimes take it but very little. That's all drink more water, exercise daily, consistently , less stress. And no junk food , i sometimes munch in a while but it is better to avoid.
