This sequence is gentle enough to be practice right before, during or even after your period.
Yoga on your period is a beautiful way to honor yourself during this magical time while offering yourself natural pain relief for menstrual pain and aches. Our periods don't have to be something we dread, and can be seen as a reminder of our strength, sheading and allowing space for new.
So join me on the mat for this 30 minute yoga for your period and PMS to help fill your cup during this time.

Due to your video I got my period cycle correct I got tiered visiting doctor . Ask me to take medication. I m doing ds fr a month ur yoga classes n good food n it help❤❤❤
So upset, it didn't help this time. I did your practice from another video during my last cycle abd it helped well. This time not, I don't know, it's kind of heavy this time.

I did this flow yesterday at the beginning of my period. I knew it had to come heavy this month for I was really bloated but only after your flow , things got going. Thanks so much. I loved your pace and peacefulness.

I generally have severe cramps such that I can’t walk.. I tried this routine on day 1 and felt better..day 2 was way more relaxed than usual. This is such a natural way to heal the body. There’s definitely something magical in this flow as I have tried other yoga poses and those didn’t really help .. felt relaxed and connected to myself while doing this ..Thank you Akshay for this !! Hey Akshaya, I'm so thankkful for you and your videos. I have PCOS and I'm suffering from past two years, last month i decided to move my body. I have continously doing your pcos series and I got my period within 2 weeks after starting and I'm doing yoga during periods too by watching this video. I felt so relaxed, soothing and much more active and one more thing I have extreme back pain, by doing yoga I do not feel back pain. I'm so happy and grateful for you! Much Love ❤ ❤ . Hope I will regulate my cycle and get pregnant. Ladies please concentrate on your bodies trust me you will feel healthy, happy and confident. Do practice daily it is going to help a lot.
