      @@firdawsalghacham6904 don't do it everyday! Your supposed to let your muscle rest for 1-2 days or else the muscle will shrink resulting in the boob getting smaller. In the days that you give your upper muscle a rest you can still do other workouts but not with the same muscle! Good luck!

      Or if u do a cardio/liftingworkout anyways 2-4 times a week just do this by the end and get your protein right after it works very good

    If you are reading to know if it works, it does!! I did this for over a month now, i know it sounds like a lot but believe me, it doesn't feel like that. My armpit fat is gone, since like week 2 or 3. And my boobs are definetly more lifted, since i have big boobs and also a part is just fat, so it's going to take at least another month for me to get where i want. But is only 10 minutos a day. Not even an episode of your serie. Sooo get up and do it, you are gonna feel better. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE ❤️❤️

    Ever since doing these exercises I have felt more confident about my breasts. Whether or not it actually improved anything could be in my head. But I definitely feel better already and my chest/arms feel more toned. Thanks girl! I’m only on week 2, and this is great already.

    Here's my honest review after doing this exercise for 3 weeks.
    I got a saggy breast after losing 15kgs.
    For the first week I noticed a very little changes, but after measuring it, it has the same measurement (85cm)
    Although I didnt see any difference, I keep on doing this exercise. After looking at the mirror, I saw that my breast looks more rounded than before, so I measured immediately and was really shocked that my bust measurement is now 89cm.
    It does work! But you need to be patient.

      Do I use weights? No.
      How many times do I do this? Once every weekdays, I dont exercise on weekends. And I usually skips the 30 seconds break.

    I had quite saggy breast. I'm 40 years old, gave birth to two kids and wanted to do somethings about my boobs. So I made this exercise twice a day, morning and evening for two months and today i realized, that I have to change a bra, bcs my boobs changed shape. They are firmer and bigger.     Been doing this for 5 days in a row combined with 2 bottles exercises and there's improvements. From 94cm to 97cm and my boobs are lifted. So happy with the results.

    This is the best workout ever! I'm pregnant and have to sit most of the time, so I thought I'd work on my upper body while staying seated. This is the perfect workout for me to do at home! Lots of home workouts still require you to get on the ground. I don't know about you, but I have pets, and they get all up in my business if I lay down.
    I also love that there's an audible cue for when to change the exercise, and the exercises are clear and easy to follow. That's another problem with most home workout videos.

    I'M GOING TO UPDATE MY WEEKLY RESULTS FOR 3 WEEKS!
    Week 1: I have seen a difference already after 7 days. They are much bigger and they have lifted slightly. My right is a bit bigger than my left. They already feel much heavier!
    Week 2: My breasts are wider and they have lifted significantly!
    Week 3 (last week): yay complete!! This definitely does work considering I only did it once a day. My breasts are wider and heavier. They have also lifted. This workout has also toned my arms, they are much slimmer!

    Honest feedback :
    Around three years ago i lost a lot of weight due to working out and overall healthy lifestyle, my boobs also got smaller which is not a big problem for me (my bra size is 32B) the only problem I noticed is that they got saggy af, Even though I do a lot of arms exercises! So I did this workout for 21 days in a row and probably since day 8 I started to notice some changes, as I said maybe because my boobs are small the results were faster idk, but now 3 weeks later my girls can finally stand up on their own. I'm gonna keep doing it and her other breast lifting workouts at lest 3 times a week. So if you're wondering if this one works or not, worry no more it definitely does.

      @@its_just_me6183 I've done this workout for about 2 weeks now and my shoulders are pretty broad naturally : I can confirm that it won't make you look bulky, quite the opposite actually ! It just makes everything more sculpted and firmer.

      @@henry5267 I did these exercices once every two days. I would do other workouts in between, following videos from Lilly Sabri, Daisy Keech, MadFit and Jessica Mariah. You should check them out !
      Even though I can't really help you about getting a smaller chest, I've searched a bit for you and I found Hana Milly's workout to reduce chest size in 3 weeks, if you look at the comments, it seems to be quite effective.

    I am starting today And I am doing chloe ting programme with it !! 14th August
    Day 1 : done ✅ 31 inches
    Day 2 : done ✅
    Day 3 : done ✅ (arms are burning 🥵 )

    Day 5 : done ✅ ( I don’t know whether I got result till now, I think it’s too early but I feel may be a slight changes in my left breast 😅 )

    Unfit person here, I just completed the first week of the exercise and I’m seeing results already
    Week 1: ✅ x1 per day all 7 days - I’m already a larger cup size than most so for me, it’s added muscle under my breasts, and the top of my breasts go higher up my body, and the breast has a stronger more round to it (kind of the cleavage I’m going for), aiming for three weeks, will go longer if the results make me happy.
    Week 2: ✅
    Day 1: ❌ -was a rest day cuz of period.
    Day 2: ✅ - Was trying harder to squeeze my chest during the exercises, it’s oddly difficult.
    Day 3: ✅ - done, very warm day, don’t forget to stretch beforehand.
    Day 4: ❌ - rest day, :( cramping up horribly
    Day 5: ✅ - done :)
    Day 6: ✅ - done, remember to stretch beforehand, and afterwards
    Day 7: ✅ - done, so humid and itchy today, I’m excited for results
    My breasts have changed, but more so my arms and back :)
    6 days ❌ - Christmas came around and I’m baby sitting my sister’s naughty puppy, I gotta get back on track soon.
    Retry starting
    Week 1:
    Day 1: ✅ - Did the exercise after a few days, sweaty as and sore, but my body feels happier.
    Day 2: ❌ - family got COVID
    Day 3: ❌ - Struggling to get back into it.
    Day 4: ✅ It’s a cool day today, body feels happy.
    Day 5: ✅ it’s basically past midnight but it’s done 😤
    Day 6: ✅ actually did this at a reasonable hour :)
    Day 7: ✅ Done first thing in the morning
    Retry week 1: done ✅ - breasts have changed a bit, bras feel a bit tighter, top of my breast kind of goes higher now, they feel firmer.
    Week 2:
    Day 1: ✅ Gotta be patient
    Day 2: ✅ It’s so hot today 😩, I’ll probably have tomorrow be a rest day.

    UPDATE: I procrastinate tryna do the day chart thingy so I decided to just do this workout for 2 weeks straight. First week I only did it once a day, I’ve seen results of my chest being lifted. Before it was a bit droopy :/ I wasn’t too happy about it and it kinda made me insecure. Second week, I did it twice a day and the results drastically increased. Even with a sport bra or no bra my chest was lifted and perky. 🥰 fyi I don’t have measurements but I can totally see a huge difference from before and after. That being said I highly recommend this workout! Pls don’t give up I promise you you will see a difference within two weeks! (Sundays are my day off)

    Okaaay this really works, even if you already exercise, give it a go. It's great for tightening and toning the upper arms as well. And it hasn't even been a full week! Haven't done it every single day either. I wanted a bit of a lift or a little more fullness at the top and paired with the pump I'm getting just that. They're sitting-sitting 😍 Can't wait to see more results. Stick to it gurls!

      @@DrawingDris Was using just a standard double pump. Stopped cause must be used sparcelly to avoid scarring and doing pole so no longer necessary. I did go back to this video many times and it still works!

    When I saw the comments here I thought to myself: If anyone will test if this workout works, it's me. I've had saggy boobs for 10 years now. I was so insecure about them looking empty and saggy.
    BUT the way this video worked!!!! Unbelievable. Super happy with the results. My nipples were facing downwards, but now they're right in the middle of my breasts!

    My arms look more tone and so does my breast (but maybe because I'm on my period)
    I used this workout everyday and once that with weights. I'll try to do more than one routine a day next week.

    My boobs are way firmer.
    Week 3
    Bust:90.5 cm
    I'm really happy with the results. Obviously I wasn't accepting a huge difference, but they definitely look a bit better and even my arms look more tone.

    After a deprissive episode I've decided to turn my life around and do the things I've been wanting to starting with this workout. This comment is for myself and for anyone else who needs it, docummenting the results after doing this workout. If I can do it, so can you. starting it is hard but It's worth it.
    Starting meassurements : 79cm
    Day1: It really hurt and it was really hard but i pushed myself thinking about the results. It stung badly and the last exercise was the worst, but after I was done, I felt really good and productive.
    Day2: As soon as i started I felt the muscle cramps, It hurt since i haven't exercised in awhile especially after I've been sick for the past week. Exercising definitely hurt alot more today and I felt like my hands were gonna fall off but it feels good to know I did it.
    Day3: I found it to be a lot easier today than yesterday. I find having this comment to update everyday pushes me to do it even if i feel lazy one day since I can't just ' Let down' anyone who read this and had the energy to like or comment.
    Day4: ✅
    Day5:✅
    Day6:✅ Today felt a lot better, it might be because i feel inspired and determined because of the changes that i see in my life.
    Edit: Hey guys.. im really sorry i haven't been updating.. Two of my family members passed away on the same day and it was really hard to even get out of bed.. I really let myself go but i decided i'm finally get myself together and start working out again among many other things.

    I've always had bad posture since i was little and i got teased for it a lot,then when i was pregnant and later had my son 7years ago i started having these back pain that was reoccurring, whenever the weather was cold i would feel it severly in my back,i took countless drugs but it always came back. 2years ago i decided to start exercising to get bigger on my lower part,then i checked for "exercises to correct my posture" and i came across this video from Hanna, i didn't really think it would be effective,i just did it.A week later i saw serious changes in my posture,i got more confident cause my clothes looked better on me. I didn't realize until months later that the back pain had stopped.i stopped exercising for a while and didn't know her name,just found her again tonight. I still remembered the moves,thats how i knew she's the one. I feel so elated right now.

      @@riyasriya7011 Thank You! I only eat vegetarian/vegan foods, fish and vegetables, rice, beans, mashed potatoes, protein shakes. I have cheat days but I mostly stick to the same diet everyday.
      I was doing it once a day but if my arms weren't too sore or I didn't feel like I felt it in my chest enough I would do it twice a day but separated times

I was looking in the comments for someone who has same issue as me and I found ur comment... I have read many articles where they say the lose breast skin can not go back to normal ever again, it makes me extremely sad as I don't want to go for surgery, ur comment has given me hope

    I’m gonna do this and try to update as much as possible. I am a very thin teen with very fast metabolism and I’m basically fully flat. It’s summer and I’m so self conscious of the way I look in a swimming suit because of how flat I am. I am going to combine this workout with massages and I’m going to try to gain weight as well!     Right, since no one has given a consistent update:
    I started including this into my work out, about two months ago.
    It is difficult to say that this specific routine has helped my bust "grow". It has helped me gain more definition in my chest muscles & helped me focus on working out my arms, back & chest more. So with all that my bust is more lifted.
    This is a great little "rest workout" (I do this in between very intense workouts)
    I'd say, YES, INCLUDE this into your workout routine, I wouldn't expect any drastic changes doing this alone.

    Starting the third week of doing this 6 mornings per week. What a difference! I started last week doing the other clip of breast lift exercises. They're quite different but equally great, and now I either do both with a break between or alternate days.

    So I just started and will try and keep you guys updated, wish me luck!
    Chest: 89cm
    Arms: 28cm
    Day 1: Definitely felt it in my arms, not so much on my chest but I know I be sore tomorrow 😅
    Day 2: I'm not as sore as I thought I'd be but the workout felt a bit more though than yesterday
    Day 3: My shoulders are definitely feeling the workout, but not feeling any toning to my chest yet
    Day 4: Tried incorporating my chest muscles more into the workout instead of my arm muscles which actually feels better
    Day 5: The workout honestly feels like it's working something, we'll just have to see if it's making any difference as time goes on
    Day 7: Trust me, making sure your chest muscles are active during the workout is essential, I didn't know until I was made aware but you can really feel it during the workout
    #sidenote# I will share my progress every week from now on. I want to see how long I'll be doing the workout until I get the result I want so wish me luck 🤞
    Week 2: I honestly feel like this workout is working for me, I can't really tell at the moment because my boobs are a little swollen due to the fact that it's that time of the month but so far it's been good
    Week 3: My measurements so far
    Chest: 91cm
    Arms: Still at 28cm
    I had to measure 3 times to make sure the measurements are correct. I wore the same sports bra as the one I wore during my first measurements, I honestly wasn't looking to increase my bust as I'm already a DD and just to firm up the girls a little bit but this has been a surprise considering I skipped about 4 days of the routine because I had the flu. I'm gonna continue this for probably another 2 weeks and check the final results

      Make sure you are putting more focus into your chest rather than your arms when doing them, so I feel it more in my chest when doing these by making my chest do most of the work instead. Just like toning the glutes you have to make sure you’re squeezing your muscles in that area, hope this helps!

    It’s effective! my mistake, I haven’t measured my breast before but I know what my breasts looks before. I do this exercise from time to time, I wasn’t able to do exercise everyday because of my schedule. I think it’s been a month or two since I started and I notice that my breast looks firmer and lifted. I love this! Thank you!

    I have been doing these excerises from past 4 months..and trust me they are very effective
    Being skinny having huge breast always made me uncomfortable..but these workouts helped me to tones my arms and also lift my breast
    But unfortunately now I have stopped working out because I'm losing a lot of upper body weight and this is making me more skinny

    Day 2: Done! ☑️ Arms were definitely sore this morning.
    Day 3: Done! ☑️ Really felt it in my arms today, especially close to the shoulder!
    Day 4: Done! ☑️
    Day 5: Done! ☑️
    Day 6: Done! ☑️
    Day 7: Rest day. Took some comparison pictures today and I don’t really see much of a difference yet. Barely any chances with my measurements as well. Let’s see what the next two weeks will bring.
    Day 8: Done! ☑️
    Day 9: Done! ☑️ Honestly, my arms are what I feel the most when doing this workout, which makes sense from all the lifting. But I never really felt my "chest muscles" burning or anything. Still gonna finish the 21 days though!
    Day 10: Done! ☑️
    Day 11: Done! ☑️
    Day 12: Done! ☑️ Added some 5lb dumbbells today. The burn 🔥
    Day 13: Done! ☑️
    Day 14: Rest day. Took measurements and pictures again today. There's a 1,5 inch difference, but I don't see any changes on the pictures personally. But I do have rather big, quite saggy boobs so you'll have to factor that in as well.
    Day 15: Done! ☑️
    Day 16: Done! ☑️
    Day 17: Done! ☑️
    Day 18: Done! ☑️
    Day 19: Done! ☑️
    Day 20: Done! ☑️
    Day 21. Results day - Nothing has changed since day 14. Also comparing the pictures from the first and last day, I unfortunately see no difference at all. Maybe this workout just isn't suited for big-chested people.

      Day 1 is hour zero and it will continue counting the hours up until day 2 when it will state 'posted 1 day ago'. So on day 3 it will say 'posted 2 days ago' and on day 4 'posted 3 days ago'. Also, if I do the workout in the evening one day, and on the next day right in the morning, there wouldn't even be 24h between them, but it would still be two separate days.

      Yeah. So my boobs started feeling tense after maybe a week so i assume it was starting to work but it started to feel uncomfortable so i stopped and the feeling didn't go away. Then i started to think something was wrong with me, then i got depressed for like a week. But I'm all good now. Boobs still flabby.
      Think I'm gonna start over soon.

    Guys my update:
    I wasn’t thinking to post anything because I didn’t think I’d even commit to this but I’m here. I’ve done this for 12 days straight so far I was thinking to skip yesterday because it was almost midnight but I did it.
    I hate to exercise it overwhelms me, it’s tiring. But I have seen results I lost a bit of weight so my boobs dropped but my breasts are a little bigger and definitely perkier after doing this exercise, I made the mistake of not measuring myself because I thought I wouldn’t even make it to the 3rd day.
    But it does work. Now I don’t know what to do after the 21 days because I just hate exercising. I’m almost 30 and this is the only exercise I’ve ever committed to.
    I hate the elbow exercise and the up and down palm exercise 🙏 it’s too much but it helped me realise I need to work on my mental strength as well.
    UPDATE: GUYSSSSSS I FINISHED!!! TODAY WAS MY 21st day. I done 21 days straight non-stop, I have seen results.

      It's soooo good that you have committed to it even when you don't like exercise, you're just proving yourself you can achieve it! I was basically the same until one day i started to do walking and jogging, have made it for one month and a half and I'm so happy i did it, now that i lost weight I want to try this to see if i can lift my breast, good luck to you!

      Women should not do too much cardio … because when they do, they lose fat in their breasts and the breasts go from being round and perfect to dropping ….

    I’m gonna do this everyday and update you guys. I workout and go to the gym 5 days a week so no I won’t abandon the workout like some of the other comments . I should remember about this comment, hopefully!
    Edit: I’m on day 3 I did it after this comment before i left the gym, did it yesterday morning and this morning. I think I see a bit of change
    Edit: ngl I forgot about this video after week three. I indeed do go to the gym every mon-Friday I just forgot to do it week four so I did it for three weeks.. but eh I didn’t really see a huge difference honestly. But what may not have worked for me may work for others so don’t be discouraged! Try it!

    Hey guys I’ll be trying this challenge for 21 days ! I am gonna try to record each day😃
    Day1: ✅ my upper arms (shoulder area) kinda were sore after this, the workout is easy it’s not difficult.
    Day2: ✅ Its not as hard as yesterday! I feel like it working out my arms mostly 🤷🏾‍♀️ hopfully this works

    I tried doing many chest workouts before, but couldn't really get that mind-muscle connection to activate my pecs. This is a really good warm up before doing a few sets of reclined dumbell press and Flys. I could actually feel my pecs after doing this. I suggest definitely follow up with heavy presses and push-ups for optimal results.

    Day 1 = Done
    Day 2 = Done
    Day 3 = Done
    Day 4 = Done
    Day 5 = Done
    Day 6 = Done
    Before= 89cm
    After= 91 cm

    My nipple has been up all this while.🙈I think it’s effective. My breast is becoming alright and straight up. Thanks for sharing it out
