Apples to Apples is what I say, if your gonna compare trucks have the same trim level vehicle with lockers etc......also.....they need to take the same paths lol...pretty sure the PW avoided the path the SD took. Need to compare a Tremor to PW but hey cool vid!
That's just it, it's a heavy duty pickup that can't do heavy duty pickup things like towing over 10,000 lbs or hauling over 1500 lbs! Might aa well get a half ton!
@TH-camrs with long TH-cam names are interesting I just looked and Briggs Ram was advertising a 2021 Anniversary edition Power Wagon. 1466 lb payload capacity and 9910 lb towing capacity. Can you go over those figures? Of course! Is it legal, probably not due laws regarding vehicle capacity and lawsuits regarding those capacities in the past! It's like my F250 Tremor, even though it's identical to the F350 Tremor (only difference is the emblem and payload stickers) it's only rated to 2900 lbs payload where the F350 is over 4000 lbs.
You’re partially right about losing a bit of clearance, but those aren’t just steps, they’re rock sliders. White knuckle off road sliders to be exact, which can sit on a rock and support the full weight of the truck with no damage. Those coupled with the factory undercarriage protection mean you can skid over rocks that would otherwise severely damage the truck.
This is not a good comparison. The Power Wagon is a purpose built truck for off roading. The F 350 is a purpose built truck for heavy towing that can also do light off roading. The F 350 will never be as good off-road as the Power Wagon, and the Power Wagon will never tow 20,000 lbs or have a 3500 pound payload capacity. So what is the point of this video?
Damn if the Ford had decent tires that would be a game changer.
They should never do vehicle comparisons without using matching tires.
It would make a big difference. I didn't even air down which would have helped alot.
I Was saying that too
If we had a fifth we'd all be drunk 😂

i think this is just a club that meets up so even though the title says "vs" its just random people hitting the trail together. cool video either way
Great videos! I have to come wheeling with you guys in my ZR2 silverado. What off road park is that? I'm near buffalo NY.
It was at Famous Reading Outdoors
You guys should change the name of your channel to: The Power Wagon Destroys All But, Everything Else Tries Really Hard Channel.
damn if i had the money i would love a power wagon. they are just so bad ass. nothing more cool than a truck that can do it all

Do you guys have an IG page? I don't have FB. Would like to meet up.
Not bad for a 1 ton but no match for the offroad ability of the PW.
the power wagon make that ford look primitive ...lol
It's always easier in our Power Wagons 🤙🏽
Love the PW, but the owner made its already horrible breakover angle even worse with those crazy step-sliders!

Power Wagon don't care

Lighten up Francis... its just for fun!
The Power Wagon makes Ford trucks tremor.
Except that's not a Tremor!
Lmao the Ford doesnt even have the offroad package and it still outperformed the powder wagon. Not a good look for the slowpar boys...
