We were all human Guinea Pigs for a disaster that is just beginning to unfold
Scary times Danny. My daughter started having palpitations/tachycardia. She complained of feeling weak and her blood pressure too was suddenly lower and her heart rate high. She had no issues like that before. Also the doctors said something about thyroid. She’s doing much better lately. She’s on vitamins and I’ve tried to give her other supplements but she has refused them. She wouldn’t take the hawthorn berry that I got her but she willingly accepted the magnesium. Having low blood pressure and high heart rate is not an easy fix because a lot of things that lower the heart rate can lower the bp .....
Hey Su, that is a tough situation. Sounds like her HR is increasing to compensate for the low BP. This is not a recommendation, but many people have improved with low dose Benadryl. Might sound crazy, but since everyones immune system has totally gone haywire, calming it down has worked wonders for some.

I’ve been taking Hawthorne Berry for years with excellent results, I know how tough it is to convince another person though. It steadied my heart rate, no more sudden jumps & no other symptoms. I couldn’t feel anything different at all.

I don't get Electrolytes - Checked them out not long ago at a quality health food store and taken with water food or not, they were all poorly bioavailable as in 2-3%. What a waste of loot
Electrolytes have many roles. I always recommend them because they regulate the balance of fluids in and out of cells, tissues, and organs. Humans are chronically dehydrated, even if they intake enough fluids. Not only do you feel better and have more energy when you’re hydrated, but you also are less susceptible to illness. Dehydration leads to dry mucus membranes, which are much easier for pathogens to penetrate.

Not sure what you mean ET.
Any electrolytes as such I have ever seen come in the form of - Oxide Some Citrate and some are labeled only by the mineral. All are very poorly absorbed as mentioned. I am presuming on an empty stomach as this is were electrolytes would be needed the most. Any minerals regardless of the bonding is the same. 1 exception is salt. Even with food most all I have seen is the same especially in Oxide form.@@natural-informant
