This healing practice encourages the whole body to come to a place of deep rest, activating the parasympathetic nervous system to counteract the busy-ness and stress of our lives, resetting our whole bodymind.     Thank you so much for this video!! For years, various other guided meditations have helped me manage chronic pain from muscle tension and a disregulated nervous system. I don’t know why, but this one is different. The relaxation I experience from this is so deep!’

    I listened in bed. But couldnt stay still. Needed to hug myself and feel my face and shoulders. But it was lovely to listen. And love the intention. Gentle but persistant🥰 it is such a hard ballance to be able to let the kids have fun but be on time.... thank you
