Another wonderful somatic practice! Love the gentle and subtle movements to release tension. As a person living with chronic migraine attacks, these somatic practices are so wonderful for reconnecting with my body to soothe and heal a stressed nervous system. ❤
Paula, what a beautiful practice! Every move was great and different. I also appreciate the overhead camera. Thank for gentle directions and smooth sounding voice. Namaste ❤
Thank you Paula, I went to bed last night with a twinging lower back, this morning it was hard to get up out of bed. I came to the mat, opened You Tube and your class popped up. My back isn’t cured, but it’s a lot less twingey and means that I can Get on with my day with less pain. ❤
This is a perfect exercise for me as I have a heavy period but my body is stiff -needed a gentle release. Thank you Paula once again. You are so wonderful 🥰
I love supine somatic practices! I started yoga when I was 19 and now I am 66. My practice has changed over the years. When I have the time I do at least 20 minutes, but often longer than that in my daily practice before I do seated etc practices. It's a bit more challenging for me to get motivated to do my practice if time does not allow for me to start in this way. I do have a great variety of supine practices to chose from but I do have my favorites of which some you have covered here : )
I love that you stay through the savasana. It's so much less jarring than the video ending.
