I wanted to lose all the weight I gained for the past few months, so I went on a 7-day diet
I recorded my diet plan which made me lose 5.6kg in a week
As I said in the subtitles, I suddenly reduced the amount of food I eat, so this isn't a healthy diet!
I did this because I wanted the scale to show me a lower number fast, but I hope you go on a healthy diet unlike what I did
I still have a lot to go until I reach my goal weight, but I plan to go on a healthy diet from now on by doing workouts as well

I have something to tell all of you watching this video. If you really want to lose weight, do it slowly. If you lose a large quantity of weight in a short time, this is losing water and you will gain weight back very quickly because you'll feel very hungry and eat more than usual. I think the best way to lose weight is "Calorie deficit". You have to eat more than your BMR and eat less than your TDEE, and you must combine parallel exercises to make your body firmer, have more muscle, help your metabolism improve, and burn more calories. Hope you all succeed in losing weight.

i think your rigth but something that helped me (bc i really wanted to lost weigth fast) was to do this type of diets, and then when i reached the weigth i wanted to feel comfortable with myself, i started a more healthy diet to be able to maintain that weigth without binging
if you do lose weight fast, make sure to reverse diet or slowly move back up to maintaining, instead of eating a lot the day after your diet, because it can make you sick. If you do an extreme deficit and want to start eating normally, add 200 calories more to your meals every few days until you get to a healthy amount

I am ugly and a little fat.
I always see those hot Asian boys and girls on reels or TikTok on my fyp with those trendy music
(they basically just record themselves in a few different angles for a few seconds)
it is addictive since all I see is pretty teenagers dancing or doing trends
and tbh I wanna be them so badly I wanna do those stuff those videos they did and love it so much.
Because nearly half of my followers and frds are Asian so obviously I'm obsessed with diet and stuff
and seeing some of my used to be fat frds(no offense) glowing up after a few years not seeing them gave me motivation.
I don't know any makeup and skills or anything everyday I don't do exercises and just tryna eat 2 regular meals not three a day for now.
I know I can glow up but don't know how to.

Even if i did its not for others, but I do dieting and all for my self confidence, and for my health concerns.
All u got to do is beleive in ur self.
Dont do dieting or makeup routines just to impress ppl around u.
Dont be insecure, look in the mirror urself and if u see that u need to change, Do these diets. (But please dont starve urself)
Most of the people just think that skipping a meal will make u look skinnier but thats not true..
Because our body will think that we are in a crisis and try to store food once u eat after fasting
So Dont skip any meal instead domt starve and eat more fruits (specially apple &watermelon) and eat vegetables.
Completely stop eating sugar for about 2 weeks, and try compromise your carbohydrate intake too.
Egg diet is also good method, but after one cheat meal day i got back 1kg :) currently im doing the gm diet, its fun to do and u can try it too.
Its not very harsh as the egg diet, but u lose 4-5 kgs in tht
To boost that up you can add some exercises while dieting (but dont over do it )

So, I'm 1.61 m and currently 59 kg, the problem is that i'm alergic to most fruits, soy and gluten intolerant, so for me it's quite hard to keep a diet like this one since UnU However, your video still gives me motivation
Just focus on eating smaller portions with more vegetables, be more active like walking places you would normally bike and cut down on junk food and snacks:)

Yo tengo una teoría un tanto absurda.
Es simple: si engordas ej 3 o 4kg en dos semanas por mala alimentación entonces podés bajarlo de la misma forma, en un corto peorido.
En cambio cuando es prolongando en el tiempo se hace más difícil bajar de peso
A alguien más le pasa?
Si vas a perder peso de forma no saludable,y vas en tipo 500 cals al día y te estancas,debes subir a 600 durante una semana,luego a 700 y luego bajarlas abruptamente a 500 de nuevo (no debes mantener siempre las mismas o te estancas)
Pongo mi comentario aqui para iniciar la dieta con 51.50KG y regreso en una semana, les cuento como me fue.

Regreso de nuevo, baje a 48 kilos y mido 1.68cm, no logré bajar los 5 kilos como en el vlog, tuve que aumentar los alimentos que consumo, bajarlos y después mantenerme a un aproximado de calorías suficiente para mí rutina del día, 800kcl. Seguí más o menos con la dieta, aunque remplace algunos alimentos por fresas, pepino y zanahoria que recomiendo mucho, si estás en clases o haciendo tarea es bueno cortar en rodajas, sin anadirle ningún condimento y comerlo si tienes ansiedad cuando estás estudiando. Normalmente solo hago una comida por día, por mi rutina de estudiar y trabajar, pero con el vlog decidi hacer las 3 comidas, me gusta mucho así que lo dejaré una semana más. También recomendar que la dieta si te funciona 100%, si comes normal 2000kcl al día con las comidas normales, habrá una perdida de peso muy rápido, si tú eres igual o peor que yo de consumir 500 kcl, no te va a funcionar de hecho como decía al inicio primero debes subir las Kcl que consumes y después iniciar la dieta del Vlog el cual te hará bajar peso más lento y posiblemente pienses que no funciona en persona traumadas, que andan buscando y buscando que les funciona en un estado mal físico y mental.
Aún así este vlog no se me hizo tan extremo como otros, que vi y sentí que era más peligroso.
Necesito que no existan los fines de semana porque me estoy acercando al peso y pum finde y recupero un kilo o dos😢

영상에 나온 다이어트 이후 몸무게가 오를 수 있으니 입 터짐이 올만한 음식이나 폭식은 최대한 참아주셔야 할 것 같아요ㅜㅜ!
일주일 이후 서브웨이, 닭가슴살 혹은 밥 반 공기로 줄인 일반식으로 1 ~ 2주 정도 유지기를 가져주세요! 이후에는 운동도 추가해 주시면 좋을 것 같습니당
눈바디는 확실히 전보다 몸도 가볍고 몸 자체의 부기가 빠진 게 보여요!

not the creator but i never bounced back, until i started eating more without caring about my weight so i gained a few pounds but nothing crazy
It won't bounce back unless you go back to eating like an animal again. Example : if you are 70kg and eat 3000 calories (which is overeating basically), and you want to become 50kg, then you should eat less calories like 1000 cals, and once you are 50kg, and you don't want to keep loosing weight, then you should add a little bit more calories to your diet like around 1500 calories, so you don't keep loosing weight and keep your weight the same. Yes. It doesn't really matter when you eat which food. It is that she's in a calorie deficit with healthy food. Just remember this isn't good for long term
i know that 2l of water might seem like a lot, but if you evenly space it out during a day, it's not that much anymore! I divide all the time i spend not sleeping by four (because i use 0,5l bottles) and I just drink one such bottle in each quarter of the day

It is possible. I did a similar way. But 3x meal,
'clean food' (chicken breast, cucumber, tomatoes, spinach, cabbage, eggs).
2L water + 1 cup of cappuccino (no sugar)
I lost 12kg in 3 weeks.
(I ate a litle but of chocolate 😅two days at the beggining of my menstruation cycle)

Day 1.
Breakfast 9am
2 Boiled Egg and a Cucumber
Lunch 10m
100gr steamed breast chicken, sautéed spinach and a glass of water wth lemon squeezed in
Dinner 4:30pm
Cucumber, tomatoes, mixed make a salad.
*I will eat between 9am to 5pm only*. During this time drink plenty of water.
It is intermittent fasting.
16hours no food at all. [water, black coffee or tea (no sugar) are allowed]
