The amount you eat is the reason you will feel tired and unmotivated, I agree with Julia. You are already beautiful and skinny, you should have labeled this a little differently than calling yourself basically "fat" which you are not! The toxic culture we live in is quite sad. LIVE YOUR LIFE!

No you ARE allowed to call yourself fat. I’ve seen many people that are fat. And before you attack me, FAT does not = UGLY. That’s what people need to understand. Being fat is just a body type. Skinny is a body type too. It’s just that people prefer skinny type. But as I wrote before, fat doesn’t mean you’re ugly. Ugly and fat do not relate in any way.

I think it's just culture, in keto dieting starch foods like potatoes and rice would not work, but, because she may be used to all of this she made it healthier and helped her loose weight.

It's not "natural" in the sense that some people are born with it and keep it off all the time. It is all about our eating habits. She works out and diets and eats good food. The moment when we accept responsibility for our weight, is the moment we can change it. I am sharing this advice with you because it's what it's been working for me. Taking responsibility for my food and actions. Her bloated weight is my ideal weight btw :)
Hey guys, I am going to preface this by saying that I I not a doctor/nutritionist/etc, and my advice is based off of my own experience and scattered research. Everyone's body is different, so my advice will not be 100% accurate. My advice if you want to make this diet semi-sustainable, is to: 1. Add more calories -this diet has a large calorie deficit that is definitely not healthy to sustain over a large period of time. I suggest adding calories with healthy fats (egg yolks, avocado, nuts, yogurt), protein (especially if you are growing and/or building muscle), and some carbohydrates (yes! Your body wants carbs). 2. Add variety. Look for alternatives that have similar nutritional value, and different taste. It is very hard to eat the same thing over and over. 3. Allow yourself to deviate from the diet sometimes. If you are worried that you will "let yourself go", write down what you eat in a food journal. 4. Don't focus too much on numbers. What matters is how you are feeling. If you feel like you need to eat more, best bet is that you should.

There is actually no need to eat a high protein based diet. "The Institute of Medicine recommends that all adults should consume 0.83 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight per day. This amounts to 56 grams per day for the average male and 46 grams per day for the average female."
@@EchelonPandora that isn't true because cholesterol isn't really a problem in people who are active, not obese and, well, young. It's also said that food only has a small impact on ones cholesterol. When your parents had problems with high cholesterol, you most likely do too. Means, ready your yolk. The benefit outshines the rest.

What helped my extreme bloating was fixing my digestive system(not being underweight),stop starving myself,and building up my tolerance to foods i used to have a hard time digesting. I also now drink raw milk which i can tolerate. And of course probiotics and I had temporarily had digestive enzymes. Hums is best in my opinion! I also consume organic grassfed beef geletan!!!!!

Okay i don’t wanna assume anything but ... trying to lose weight ? When you’re this skinny ? You’re gorgeous I’m not shaming but less than that is it even healthy ? If it’s bc of the Bloating clean eating or a small "detox" (which doesn’t detox anything you’re just giving your stomach a break) that’s what you do for bloating idk it’s not that you’re fat you’re literally super super skinny and ( im not shaming it’s hella hot you literally rock) just idk 2021 I think we shouldn’t post this and encourage younger teens who are already good to lose even more and be aware of the content posted on TH-cam BUT I’m sure some people found this helpful and as long as you’re happy really, it’s an opinion and my opinion isn’t necessarily right maybe I’m completely wrong
I completely agree that my standards should NOT be the general standard. I don’t think it’s healthy to promote extreme diet either. As I said in the video, this is my personal body image (I do modeling, so it’s obviously different to the normal standards), and I also do not think this is sustainable in long term at all! Hence why I state at the end that the weight I lost is probably all just water weight and I will need to continue eating healthy to maintain this status. But in general, I think this meal plan is pretty solid on nutritional side, if someone wants to slim down in a week for a photoshoot or something (gets you all the basic macro and micro nutrients). I actually ate more than usually with a much more balanced nutrients haha But I get where you are coming from. I do hope you know that I did jot promote “weight loss” to anyone in anyway! I thought I was being clear by saying “extreme”, “different body, different standards” and “it’s all water weight, so eat healthy to maintain”. But guess not. Will be more clear next time :)

@@flora7447 People with eating disorders are going to swarm any where, their disorder makes them seek out triggers, even if it's innocent things (Even if it's seeking out things like arguments to give them a reason to use behaviours). You can't censor the world, you can't remove all things that can potentially trigger because it's not real life and it's not realistic. Dieting will always exist, people promoting healthy diets and education around the wellbeing of the body (also a common trigger) will always exist. Fitness videos will always exist. Things that may produce anxiety in one person but not another will always exist, it's the nature of life. Even without the internet, eating disorders still thrive, they're not novel things.

you are skinny girl!! maybe try weight training if you aren’t happy, building lean muscle takes away our body fat without having these crazy restrictions:) i recommend you to research resistance training and the term “skinny fat” and how to get rid of it, although you do not have a lot of fat on you at all! you’re perfect and doing first like this are never sustainable, as you already know in your comment. you cant go wrong with resistance training

This is basically a pro Ana diet. This is not normal eating, dear. Even in Korea! You might need to go back to the doctor and ask for a psychiatrist to prescribe certain meds that will help your mindset. It's best to stop undereating asap. Blessings.
If you have an ED, the last thing you should do is follow another diet... You should try to heal your relationship with food first. A diet means restricting, which will fuel your ED! I am talking from experience. I am trying to recover and trust me, eating enough and fueling your body properly will give you so much more energy and happiness compared to starvation diets.

Yeah! It was a lot for my size! I was happy with how I felt as well, super clean and light :) Yeah, koreans do use wooden spoons but kore traditionally, we use metal utensils :)

How do you cook your sweet potatoes?? I see you wrap it whole, in parchment paper, and then you easily take it out of the skin, onto your plate. Do you microwave the sweet potatoes just plain whole like that after washing? No poked holes in it, no steaming?

Beans are good for protein and if you are pescatarian you can eat fish and shrimp! Shrimps are really low on fat and high in protein! But they are also high in cholesterol, so only substitute some of the chicken with shrimp. White fish are a good option :)

Agreed, this diet is lacking so many nutrients, plus doing a diet like this wont help because youd have to maintain it which you can't cuz you body can't function with this little food, so afterwards when you eat your normal portians again you'll just gain the weight back..

Remember everyone, extreme diets are not an ideal thing and are almost never healthy so do not take this diet as an ideal everyday thing because you’re usually not meeting the ideal intake of vitamins, proteins, fats, etc to stop you from feeling like you’ve been hit by a train. She’s probably already used to doing diets like this since she does do modeling and dieting is pretty rough in that industry so she probably doesn’t struggle the same way as would someone who is starting out eating like this. If you are trying to loose weight please do not start out as extreme as this, instead opt for minimizing slowly the most unhealthy foods that u consume (ex. If you’re used to eating fast food 3 times a week for breakfast and dinner cut that out for either two times a week but only have one option of those two and eat healthy foods for the rest of the day or just once a week have that breakfast and dinner with your lunch being healthy)or just find healthier options of the things you already eat! Remember that if you’re gonna omit meat completely or mostly out of your diet you should take b12 and not only eat fruits and vegetables! Instead try also packed foods that are processed but not unhealthy ( protein bars, mock meat, bread, healthy snacks, yogurts, eggs, lean meats, tofu, etc. Every body and person is different, just cus it works for her and she feels totally fine doesn’t mean it will make you feel the same way! How do yall do the diets? Because in my case im allergic against any nuts and most raw fruits and veggies because of a cross-reaction with my Pollen allergy. And cookinf most fruits feels weirs, and cookinf most veggies jsut makes em taste bad and less healthy. Anyone have tips
i noticed too, dark circles under the eyes can happen for many reasons, a long ago when I had a bad diet habit and was starving myself my doctor said it was caused by anemia, idk if this is the case
@@yunwz i actually always had bad dark circles, i feel like it is kind of a generic thing. And I was literally the BUSIEST when I was filming this with shootings and all, so I think that affected it a lot 😭

As someone who almost died from her anorexia, I really urge you to eat more.. Life wasn't worth living at my lowest..

What helped my extreme bloating was fixing my digestive system(not being underweight),stop starving myself,and building up my tolerance to foods i used to have a hard time digesting. I also now drink raw milk which i can tolerate. And of course probiotics and I had temporarily had digestive enzymes. Hums is best in my opinion! I also consume organic grassfed beef geletan!!!!!

I completely agree that my standards should NOT be the general standard. I don’t think it’s healthy to promote extreme diet either.
As I said in the video, this is my personal body image (I do modeling, so it’s obviously different to the normal standards), and I also do not think this is sustainable in long term at all! Hence why I state at the end that the weight I lost is probably all just water weight and I will need to continue eating healthy to maintain this status.
But in general, I think this meal plan is pretty solid on nutritional side, if someone wants to slim down in a week for a photoshoot or something (gets you all the basic macro and micro nutrients). I actually ate more than usually with a much more balanced nutrients haha
But I get where you are coming from. I do hope you know that I did jot promote “weight loss” to anyone in anyway! I thought I was being clear by saying “extreme”, “different body, different standards” and “it’s all water weight, so eat healthy to maintain”. But guess not. Will be more clear next time :)

@@flora7447 People with eating disorders are going to swarm any where, their disorder makes them seek out triggers, even if it's innocent things (Even if it's seeking out things like arguments to give them a reason to use behaviours). You can't censor the world, you can't remove all things that can potentially trigger because it's not real life and it's not realistic. Dieting will always exist, people promoting healthy diets and education around the wellbeing of the body (also a common trigger) will always exist. Fitness videos will always exist. Things that may produce anxiety in one person but not another will always exist, it's the nature of life. Even without the internet, eating disorders still thrive, they're not novel things.

you are skinny girl!! maybe try weight training if you aren’t happy, building lean muscle takes away our body fat without having these crazy restrictions:) i recommend you to research resistance training and the term “skinny fat” and how to get rid of it, although you do not have a lot of fat on you at all! you’re perfect and doing first like this are never sustainable, as you already know in your comment. you cant go wrong with resistance training

If you have an ED, the last thing you should do is follow another diet... You should try to heal your relationship with food first. A diet means restricting, which will fuel your ED! I am talking from experience. I am trying to recover and trust me, eating enough and fueling your body properly will give you so much more energy and happiness compared to starvation diets.

How do you cook your sweet potatoes?? I see you wrap it whole, in parchment paper, and then you easily take it out of the skin, onto your plate. Do you microwave the sweet potatoes just plain whole like that after washing? No poked holes in it, no steaming?
poke holes in the sweet potato after washing, wrap in parchment paper and then you can microwave for 6-7 minutes! it works great

do you eat seafood? you can eat beans for protein. broccoli has protein too
Beans are good for protein and if you are pescatarian you can eat fish and shrimp! Shrimps are really low on fat and high in protein! But they are also high in cholesterol, so only substitute some of the chicken with shrimp. White fish are a good option :)

Remember everyone, extreme diets are not an ideal thing and are almost never healthy so do not take this diet as an ideal everyday thing because you’re usually not meeting the ideal intake of vitamins, proteins, fats, etc to stop you from feeling like you’ve been hit by a train.
She’s probably already used to doing diets like this since she does do modeling and dieting is pretty rough in that industry so she probably doesn’t struggle the same way as would someone who is starting out eating like this. If you are trying to loose weight please do not start out as extreme as this, instead opt for minimizing slowly the most unhealthy foods that u consume (ex. If you’re used to eating fast food 3 times a week for breakfast and dinner cut that out for either two times a week but only have one option of those two and eat healthy foods for the rest of the day or just once a week have that breakfast and dinner with your lunch being healthy)or just find healthier options of the things you already eat!
Remember that if you’re gonna omit meat completely or mostly out of your diet you should take b12 and not only eat fruits and vegetables! Instead try also packed foods that are processed but not unhealthy ( protein bars, mock meat, bread, healthy snacks, yogurts, eggs, lean meats, tofu, etc. Every body and person is different, just cus it works for her and she feels totally fine doesn’t mean it will make you feel the same way!

So really don’t try to take shortcuts eating clean with no restrictions and doing a small amount of exercises is probably gonna make you skinny and healthy,, I give you my wishes

i noticed too, dark circles under the eyes can happen for many reasons, a long ago when I had a bad diet habit and was starving myself my doctor said it was caused by anemia, idk if this is the case
@@yunwz i actually always had bad dark circles, i feel like it is kind of a generic thing. And I was literally the BUSIEST when I was filming this with shootings and all, so I think that affected it a lot 😭
@@yunwz yea most likely, anemia is genetic in my family and i’ve always had dark circles even with a healthy sleep cycle and being hydrated, but i did notice the more iron filled foods i ate, my dark circles would fade a little the next day

Why ppl are making such a big deal of it?. Is it too low in calories? Yes!. But she did it for only a week. Not a long term one. It’s totally fine and her body won’t get harmed. At least it’s based on real unprocessed food.
Bananka 105... 2 egg whites 24... Soya milk roughly 35... Chicken breast 110. Sweet potato 100. Broccoli roughly 15... so less than 400 calories and you felt too full for the last meal.. As someone who almost died from her anorexia, I really urge you to eat more.. Life wasn't worth living at my lowest..
