일주일 동안 5.6kg 감량한 식단을 영상으로 찍어보았습니다
영상 자막에도 나와있듯이 먹는 양을 급격하게 줄여버린 다이어트라 건강한 다이어트 방법이 아니에요!
저는 앞자리를 빨리 바꾸고 싶어서 진행했지만 건강한 다이어트를 하시길 바라요🤍
저도 목표 몸무게까지 아직 많이 남았는데 이제는 운동과 식단을 병행해 건강한 다이어트를 하려고 합니다

I recorded my diet plan which made me lose 5.6kg in a week
I still have a lot to go until I reach my goal weight, but I plan to go on a healthy diet from now on by doing workouts as well

    i dont know how you guys do itttt only breakfast and lunch to me is insane... not sure if thats because i'm an athete but i need three full meals and a snack and i still usually feel hungry during the day

    curent weight : 59kg Day 1 Breakfast : didnt have yogurt so i did a smoothie banana with granula but since i’m not comfortable to eat in the morning its was difficult so i ate the Apple just a lil..

      BTW you don't have to follow this diet correctly, what's most important is to reduce size of your meal. That is a good option if you don't have the stuff.

      Your overweight. And you didnt update, does that mean you gave up? Go count your calories. Maybe you will get a normal weight if im mean to you. When become 18 you probably will be around 80kg. Your too fat for your height and your only 15 years old?! Go do something about it cuz this isnt healty. If you dont change things you will be obese, very fat when your a adult

      I don't think this will be great for you if u consume under 900/1000kcal at this age. I am 15yrs old and 158cm, so we the same age and almost same height About a week ago (20/01) i weighted at 74.3kg Currently (26/01) I'm 71.45kg Which I've lost - 2.9kg by drinking 2L water, 10k steps, walk 30 minutes after eating, sleep for 8-9 hours, OMAD, Calorie deficit (i try to eat up to 1400kcal but it's kinda hard from omad, so i usually eat 1250kcal daily). Which i only started drinking 2l water after 3 days of OMAD and just started sleeping for 8-10hours. But by next week I'll take more seriously by doing 11k steps and do zumba dance workout

      @maelle171 girl i actually continued it for 6 days and i lost about 3 kgs but its not sustainable since you'll gain it all back once you higher your protein again or u decide to eat more calories then normally

    Im seeing so many comments from months ago that stopped updating after day 2 so i decided to make a comment myself while doing this diet 😌 My start weight was 65.5 but i dieted a little before, i think i might not lose as much weight as her because of it. SO the official start weight before doing this for 7 days is 64.3 ✅️ Day 1: 64.3kg. I ate 4 times, 470 calories total. Didn't do any exercise except for some walking around. I ate the same greek yoghurt as her and an apple but then had some crackers and a small bowl of soup instead of what she ate. ✅️Day 2: 63.8kg. I ate a small bowl of soup with 2 boiled eggs, greek yoghurt with some rashpberries, blueberries and honey and a small bowl of homemade popcorn. Ended at around 530 calories. I made 9k steps from working and did a small ab workout just because. ✅️Day 3: 63.0kg I ate greek yoghurt with fruits and honey again for lunch and roasted courgette with a yoghurt garlic sauce for dinner. For something sweet I ate half a rice dessert. Today I ate 540 calories and made around 6k steps. ✅️Day 4: 62.5kg. I ate a fruit salad for lunch and roasted veggies for dinner with a lollypop for a sweet snack 😌. I ate 450 calories and walked almost 10k steps, and I did a small ab workout again. ✅️Day 5: 62.2kg. I drank a coffee with milk, a bowl of melon with yoghurt and honey and a bowl of roasted courgette. For a sweet snack I ate a piece of chocolate. 400 calories. I think I'm at the point where my body doesn't wanna lose weight that much anymore 🥲. I also did an ab workout and made 9k steps. 400 calories total today. ✅️Day 6: 61.7kg. I ate a banana, a small granola bar and warm milk with vermicelli (a dish from my culture hihi) and a small lollypop. I ate 450 calories total and did the ab workout again. I made 4k steps. ✅️Day 7: 61.4kg I forgot to track what I ate... but it's 100% below 600 calories and I made 10k steps. Tommorow is the end result! RESULTS: 61.2KG (I roughly counted the calories of what she ate each day, so I know how much I should eat for the results.)

      Slowly re-introducing food in small increments. Perhaps an extra 100 calories per week and incorporating exercise should help

      i guess you could but it’s best to keep hydrated while on a diet since it can also keep you more full for longer esp if you drink some before eating
