    I found restricting foods damages cells as they haven't got the nutrients needed to repair themselves or maintain muscle tone, also causing hair thinning, skin sagging, etc. No point being thin if ugly. Fats are needed and your diet and fat intake in this video aren't wasted on unnecessary junk, the meals looked nutritious and tasty.
