Study until whatever o’clock and no further and pair it with some free time. A beautiful meal. Just existing with movies and snacks. Sit in the park. I finally have my own place without roommates for the first time in my adult life, and at first I was annoyed every time I had to clean. I don't think you understand how grateful I am that this is such a wholesome and down to earth video. It's so realistic, and the tips are a bit different to the general videos on this topic. As a dietetic student, I really value health and seeing the way you talk about it in such a gentle and more consistent way (as opposed to do everything all at once then feel unmotivated and stop). I'm recovering from really long chronic injuries and trying to watch these videos to inspire me more to do these things, because I do know what to do it's more about surrounding myself with inspiration, and your video is one of the best, if not the best tip video i've watched thus far. I've always struggled with basic chores, doing daily tasks, brushing my teeth, skincare etc. I now realise i have executive dysfunction issues, and that's ok. But hearing you talk about it in such a compassionate way was beautiful. I especially loved that when you mentioned gratitude, it wasn't just "we have it so good", it was taking into account that things may not have been easy for us. You didn't disregard struggles whereas lots of other yters do and it's exhausting. Thankyou SO much for that genuine perspective on gratitude that isn't founded on toxic positivity, it's so hard to find this nowadays. aahh i just loved this video!! All the tips are things i've already been trying and it's been the most consistent few weeks i've had in a long time, and to see that it's working for someone else too is super helpful!

It's so hard to stay in the healthy mindset during the school year. As a teacher I have to get to the school super early, then I'm spending so much time revisiting lessons to figure out how I can add to them or make them easier to understand. My goal for this summer is to stick to the routine I created before I started working, then figure out ways to modify it for the school year when I do not have enough time to focus on the things I want to and take it slow.
I'm going through a very difficult time, big transitions and not in the way I had planned them going. I'm just starting to learn what it's like to be me, live for me, and love myself. I'm ready to live for me and pull myself out of this rut. Your video was very relaxing, kind, and comforting. I played it in the background while journaling out everything I want to accomplish, things I want to implement in my daily routines, and just mentally exploring what a good day for me would look like. While I was watching this video I noticed that your feet weer dangling in the air while working, later in the video you said that your back hurts sometimes. When working from home during Covid I also got back pain, I got a little feet rest so my feet wouldn't be dangling in the air and it definetly helpt with some of the back pain.
