Honestly, your wrist size isn’t going anywhere if you dial back the wrist training by 75% anyway.

You can grow your wrists. Do dead hangs and train forearms like an arm wrestler. Devon Larratt only trained his right arm for a year and showed how his arm not only got longer but the wrist increased in width.
He was also on human growth hormone, which causes structural (bone) changes

You're correct, my wrists have grown 1inch in circumference since starting armwrestling 3 yrs ago. There are muscles surrounding your wrists the flex, extend your hand and fingers. Also radial deviation and ulnar deviation!

Leg+shoulder and after that my muscles fibers are more visible, all small muscles are developed,my forearms, calves, triceps started to have more striations, more defined ,deep cuts and I feel strong,I recommend people combining either bodybuilding ×calisthenics or powerlifting×calisthenics,I prefer bodybuilding×cal cuz of my back pain and I love isolation exercises..

But you can progress through smaller variations then progress every week for example:- if you want to learn handstand then do easy variation of it like walk supported handstand hold and for muscleups you can do hanging for 3 min for grip,pull-ups then move to straight bar dips, then you can build strength slowely and progress faster and the most important thing is if you want to unlock a particular skill you have to build the strength for that skill, don't just hop on to perform that skill, focus really on building strength for the skills and it's like building video game characters like level 1,level 2 (calisthenics is very easy if you master the basic first and know how to progress you can check out Chris heria ,he describes better and master the basics...

It's weird cause it's supposedly "a fact" that your wrists don't grow even when you build a lot of muscle. I believed this for a long time until I started arm wrestling. Now I know for a fact your wrists CAN grow over time. It's just they grow very little and probably won't grow more than half an inch in circumference. But yes I swear I know I sound like a bro science dude but most arm wrestlers know this. It's takes years though, tendons and bones take a much longer time to strengthen than muscle.
bro, i jerked off for the past 20 years and my wrists have NOT grown
I've noticed this as well. I have tiny wrists (can do the pinky thing in this video too) but I noticed after my first two months of consistent lifting my index finger and thumb went from overlapping a little to just touching now. When I flex my wrists now my tendons bulge out much more than they used to. Don't have a tape measure on me but last I measured my wrists were 6.1 inches

My small wrists prevent me from doing push-ups right. So this isn't an aesthetics issue.

I like my big wrists goddammit! In al seriousness though I was touring a community College and the criminology professor had some handcuffs to make sure a group of highschool kids didn't get bored, and he handcuffed all of us. Well, I say all of us, but when he tried to do mine he told me that he physically could not handcuff my wrists and that I had the largest wrists he had ever seen. He said that the only way I could possibly get arrested with handcuffs is if the officer had a super uncommon pair of specialty made extra large handcuffs, but not officers in our rural area would be outfitted with them. So theoretically my large wrists have the potential to help me escape the cops
