The left side the non-drive side pad is rubbing the tire it is good when I tighten it but soon as I pull the brake lever it goes against the rim and will not move? Help
The arm doesn't have enough return spring tension. Watch the video and add return spring. if you have added and still doesn't work you may need to remove the brake arm and clean the post mount to make sure it is pivoting smoothly. Also check the spring to be sure it's not broken or mounted improperly.
