Garlic 300gm(lehsun)
Shellets 300gm(praan)
Lalmirchi powder 300gm (murchawangun)
2 spoon corainder seeds( daaniwaal) . U can also use corainder powder
2 spoon saunf (baidyaani) . U can also use saunf powder

Waliakum Salaam Dear, thanks for your lovely comment!! . most of times we made it in summer season in kashmir(june,july,august). so that we can have proper sunlight for 10 to 12 days for VER to dried it up.. we can keep it for 2 to 3 years. make sure there should be no moist in it. if any other queries , please let me know. thank you!!

Aap pehlay say hi onions ko deep fry kur k rukhoo ..phir garlic aur fried onions Ka aek Saath paste banaw...aap sirf garlic say hi bunna suktay ho widout using shellets and fried onion😍😍

Did you not add any oil?
No dear ,I didn't use any kind of oil and even while cooking meals we use to have oil and mixing verr into it to have osem taste. You can check out my latest video related fish recipe where in I am using verr. Please have a look. Thank you

No oil used this the authentic way
Thanks for comment. basically, the only reason , to make it durable . may be you can use it for 2 to 3 years as given VER is fully dried and no moist is left out. as we know there are high chances that oil can make garlic moist and then it may turn acidic , if you keep it for longer duration. hope i am clear now. thanks!!

Bari shail hundi hai sabji teh chicken vi. 9 saal pahle tikki masaala kane akhroat jammu toh liaaya karde se teh hun koi nai rahenda uthae teh sab band ho gaya par tikki masaala barha shail hunda hai. kane je asi masala mixi vich pisde haan teh saare postik tatav nashat ho jande neh, haath naal kutna hi thik process hai.Thx fr shareing mam.
