I liked your straightforwardness in declaring the reason behind making a hole in the centre. It’s done probably to make air reach the inner portion of the Vaer . Beautiful innovation and procedure explained. Thnx dear
Hole is made to increase surface area.So that it will properly dry in middle portion also.Your recipe nice. Hole is also used to keep many of the vercakes simultaneously hanging by thread to dry up.
Very well explained
The hole in the middle is made so as to help with the drying process. A doughnut has a hole in it so that it helps with the frying process. If not the middle will be raw. The thought process behind it is the same.
Exotic! Indeed, a superlative cooking aid, awesome! And very well explained. Thanks
we hve to add more oil so they it qill soak in it...
Can you please let me know what recipes to use this ‘Tikki’ in? And at which stage of making a curry is it added? Thanks!

Thank you for the excellent instruction video.
perfect Ver 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️
Can We keep the wer on electric heater for drying
is this available in Mumbai ? if yes , where ? Is there any Kashmiri cuisine specific shop in Mumbai ? I had a chance only once to taste Kashmiri food at Kashyap Bhavan in Andheri and absolutely loved the Nadru haak and dum aloo. if there is any shop specifically for kashmiri products , id like to get the Kahwa ingredients too. I request the Kashmiri community to please comment here. Thanks
Best ver masala recipe instruction I've seen so far. Thank you for showing jar paste version as well. Exactly what I've been looking for, but unfortunately I won't get praan. I'll have to use eschallots instead. Saffron is very expensive here. Not sure about obtaining cockscomb either. Do you only use the seed from black cardamom?
Is Kaed another name for Saffron
Mam the hole is made in between because it will break easily otherwise, from the center. My experience. Lol. Thanks
Is Ver & Kaed da same spice
Brilliant👍
The hole is made to enable you to string and air dry or sundry after they have been sun dried till they are hard enough to string.
Nice👍

Inshallah zaroor ♥️
Kashmiri ver had holes in the centre since in olden days they hung to dry in kitchen....
Respectful
Thankyou my kitchen queen for such an amazing spice tikki. Didi I have one question as prans are not available outside kashmir so instead of pran can we use normal fried and crushed onion? Pls. reply.❤
Thank you for watching. The Kashmiri pran or shallots have peculiar flavour and taste. Onions won’t give that.
Aslamualaikum dearest zooooondaeb....can we make it in winter......😇😇😇
Thank you!
