My mother only used garlic grass mirchi shoonth badiyan salt pran black cardimum only. No oil, saffron small cardimum . This was called as khushik vaer. Clove was put on the top of each vaer
Every one has his/ her own recipe of making things, cooking is all about experiment, oil is a must to infuse spices, n helps it in preservation till it dries up. Thankyou for watching n commenting brother
