I couldn't make it. I ordered it from organic Kashmir . It tastes amazing. I am a vegetarian .... I add it to pretty much all my dishes. It just enhances the taste. Yesterday I added it to my kadhi 😀😋. Today I added it to my broad beans fry. Amazing 👌😋

My friend Dr Karam Vir sent the link to this recipe a couple of weeks ago. Have heard a lot about this special Kashmiri Masala. I’m going to make it sometime soon. Half the quantity, though. Drying these out in the sun is not possible here in Canada. Therefore, I’ll have to use the oven for drying. @@shaziagani6598 I know , usually u will get them in south Indian veg section . You can slice them and then fry them until golden brown, then make a past & use them in same way like Pran 👍
It has several uses. It can be used in making several dishes like sabzi,aalo, chicken , meat,egg...some of videos using Ver are already on my channel...do check them

Didi agar itni achhi recipe share kiya hai to pls.bataye agar hm sirf 1/2 k.g (500 grams )mirch se agar ver banae to hmko baqi sari cheezen kis hisab se leni hogi? Pls.meri bahen har ingredient ka hisab likh dena taaki recipe kharab na hojaye. Thanks again.
