In my opinion dominance can be a tool to fight for justice or as a leader, to keep order in the favor of the crew, but way to often it is mis- or overused to either gain an advantage, which is just being an asshole, or to deal with aggressions and frustrations inside you. The last reason is we’re people, while still being afraid, lose respect, because you are not strong enough to resist your own impulses.
I think there is plenty of ways of showing dominance with little words or even without saying a word, but don’t be a push over neither. If someone deserves punishment give it to em.
Everyone has weaknesses you just have to put yourself in a position where your weaknesses are minimized or where they become strengths. You can double down on your strengths or learn to position yourself so your height isn't relevant.
It depends on what you want. The most simple way to dominate is to simply choose a career path and social circle where you are naturally better at the relevant tasks. Then when you combine that with outworking others, you will eventually establish dominance and power because you are that much better. If you are just looking to go on the offensive, and you can't really put much time into other techniques, try compliment insults. For example "wow, you've really improved!" They lower the other person and raise your status. However, they can backfire if it looks like you are just being a jerk for no reason.
