I finished the 30 minutes but the most important thing is to keep going…”Rome wasn’t built in a day!” I didn’t do the 3000 skips but I know I eclipsed 2000! And I’m so happy 👏🏽
Jump rope dudes, thanks for changing my jump rope routine which I hated before because of the lack of proper technique. I'm 34 years and i began 2 years ago and i was lazy with no sport activity experience. I'm happy with my current level although i don't do many tricks just the main tricks that you do
Thank you so much Dan 😊 I started following you February of last year and started jumping rope. I started with only 5 skips (that was all I could do) and after 10 months, I am happy to be able to do 2000 skips in about 30 mins 😊. I still have a long way to go, but I always take to heart what you say about consistency and mindful eating. i was able to loose 12 kgs in 10 months. Again, thank you so much. 🙏
My magic number is 100 skips per set and overall, 3000 reps of 30 sets. It has worked a lot of magic since I started JR, January 28, 2024. I have 4 packs now and this channel motivated me to work out and eat right consistently. I was a pudgy bastard during the pandemic 😂
I have been consistently doing this workout for 4 days now so I thought I'll keep updating my streak here with the sole purpose of motivating others because someone motivated me Day 1: I only did 1400 skips because I wanted to gradually build my strength and not just go all in on the first time and injure myself Day 2 : I did 1800 skips but I could have done more I was just lazy and I was feeling like the blood isn't reaching my brain properly and I will faint if I continue Day 3 : COMPLETED THE WHOLE CHALLENGE so I was really happy and motivated Day 4 : it's 2am and I just completed my whole workout because I had a busy day and I didn't have the time to do it also to mention I completed the workout at 3 am on Day 3 Day 5 : Took it as a recovery day because I was finally catching up to the muscle soreness. I did my plank challenge and foam rolled. Day 6 : Did not start my working because I had a really busy day and I had to study for my exam so I did an all nighter and got to sleep at 8 AM Day 7 : Did 1400 skips because I could feel it in my shins and I don't want to take too many days off. So I did a smaller workout to keep the habit of working out for most of days and not avoid it unnecessarily
I do a 2000 reps & it takes me 19 minutes & 25 seconds, it gets pretty exhausting but it really does helps me increasing my physical endurance and athletic capacity. Can you help me in getting a decent jump rope mat like yours. Great support and love to you for such awesome inspiring content from India ❤.
Nowhere near the 3000 but i managed to do 31 minutes and 350 applewatch calories 😀😀 I do have to say that i can manage 200 skips with regular and boxer! 🎉🎉 Love these type of videos! Feel free to add some life-lessons-learned in it! Saves me time reading a book 🙃🙃
That was a nice one. Just leaving house for 40 mins and got my workout done. Usefull for family guys and girls, thank you. I might also do a few pull ups (already did 50+100 dips this morning) but I know its all bonus.
Yeah. It was nice and simple. You kept me going just talking once in a while, but not in an annoying way like some other workout routines can be. Kept the motivation going for the whole 30 minutes. Thank you.
Still trying to master high knee, and boxer step. But nice to see a pro jump roper just doing a basic routine without all the fancy stuff 😅😊. I use music because it really helps my rhythm especially when I am tired towards end of the workout. That is a great effort, and would probably take me an hour with more breaks.
I’m coming to LA this year. Hopefully December and Xmas. I’m going point Dume because of your recommendation! How close are you to there Dan? Would love to meet you!
Love this. I sort of do this, but I swap in the 1/2 lb and do a 1, 2, 4, 8 etc and keep doubling until I reach 256, then switch back to the lighter rope. Thanks for sharing as always, man 👏🔥🙂🧑🎄
I never jump measured by skips, i prefer time. But i also don't have a rope that counts the skips. Did i missed the mention of the weight of the rope used?
Hey Dan, it's Sam. I have a lot of goals for new years and I think one of them is jump rope, but also thank thank you for motivating me, and I'll try and keep doing the same thing. but also, in your video of the 1 week transformation, what is the beat song you used in the intro
@ thanks what determines going heavy or not? I was just looking at your 1 and 2 lb ropes but don’t know how all that works. I’ve been using a speed rope for years

Dude, I’m 53 and on my 3rd day already and managed to do 15 consecutive skips, still a looooong way to go 😂

Much props dudes! Do you have a mat that count skips?
Nope just a rope - the crossrope amp
I use the jump rope app on my Garmin watch. I have it set at 400 repetitions per 3-min Round. 15 3-min Rounds = 6,000 reps
Niceeee work
Yeaaah Buddyyyyy
