Just a heads up~ The Hermit (Fox) social link does actually take time to level up; "picking up" an ema (wooden block with someone's wish written on) from the fox to begin the quest for the next social link rank doesn't take time out of your day, but handing in a completed request does take time. Another great benefit to this social link is that you can access it even on rainy days unlike the others & in the first few months of the game it rains a fair bit, so there's ample opportunity to rank up without passing up on other s. links/activities.
The one exception to 'do dungeons ASAP in one day' is the December dungeon - if you do, it'll fast-forward you to December 23. December 22 is the best day to do the boss fight and not lose the time to hang out with people.
#11 After unlocking Rise's social link, focus on her. Since, it helps you alot, her nav skills are broken. #12 For true Ending, do Marie's social link and dungeon. #13 Revisit the dungeon after saving the person or beating the plot boss. There will be a new strong shadow in the end, it rewards you Guts social stat boost and a good weapon. This include the Yosuke's dungeon aswell, only to acquire the weapon.
@@cappy7556 Your welcome. Myself I started my Persona journey back in 2013, during the P5 hype train. But I was unfamiliar with it. I mostly watched walktroughs of P3fes and P4G, even watched the P3 movies and P4 animes. Until I decided to buy a Psvita, before P5 came out. My first Persona game, was P4G then P3fes in my Ps3. But sadly my Ps3 got the ylod, I had to acquire a Ps4 in order to play P5 and later P5Royal. I recently started replaying them again, P3P, this time, P4G and P5Royal, before P3Reload release. What about you.
One more important thing: Once you unlock the ability to take friends on bike rides, do it with Rise (hehe) ASAP. If you do so, you can level up your all-out attacks.
These are some really good tips, and I love the advice you've given :) One tip I'd also recomened for newcomers is to Max out Marie asap As you need her in order to get the true ending
Thanks so much. I’m actually planning on replaying this game the same time as my friend plays it for the first time. It will be the first time I go for the true ending (failed on my first run). And I don’t remember much of anything but the story
i just started my first playthrough and i already have to restart because im too underleveled for shadow yukiko i didnt even know you were supposed to grind exp
What? He literally is the first boss you can’t grind xp. It’s designed so you consume ur heal potions and make use of the guard, he always does the same pattern attacks so just guard on ur weakness and easy kill
I just started playing this series about a couple of weeks ago, starting on Shin Megami Tensei Persona for the PSP. Love the dark story and characters, also the mature setting.
making it the night before does use up time, but then eating it the next day, you can invite a social link to eat and it advances that social link without spending extra time, so it balances out
You don't need the fox for health restoration - you can easily farm some SP regen items in the castle dungeon and then just use any heal spell + the SP items to refuel your squad.
Great to have you back uploading again! (Even tho this is most likely a scheduled upload filmed in advance, it’s still great to have resident back again!)
About the Fox rank up social link, is advised to those during raining times, what doesn't consume time, is doing the quests, until the fishing one. But the rank up, consumes time.
Personally, a massive mistake I made the first time I played p4 was not maxing out Adachis social link before it expired. You don’t need it for the true ending, but if you want to get some interesting dialogue and content, as well as an additional ending. DO ADACHIS SOCIAL LINK!!
@@ResidentUnleashed And yet, here I am being a perfect example of how you can't please everyone. Honestly, my bad, and apologies for questioning your methods.

@@Dontclickmychannellll @Notactivessz yeah the story where the first female party member and her friend are victims of abuse by their teacher is later put on a spandex suit, later had to undress to please the artist (although she didn't in the end) and then in the cruise dungeon the party members need to put on swim suits to progress, also the whole buildup to seeing futaba in a swimsuit, dating an older reporter woman and dating your teacher who works as a prostitute and gives you massages, also dating an older doctor, is less misogynistic than game that has a character deal with the fact of life that women are not taken seriously in their professions, a girl dealing with the responsibilities having a family business, a girl dealing with a father that has no time for her, a girl dealing with the adverse effects of fame, another one who deals with how to be strong and protect who she loves. True and I must to add that if you do the dungeon the 23 of December you´ll lose the Christmas Eve event. 22th is the day.
Good to know, thanks!

How is this stuff you need to know *before* playing and has a spoiler warning? Make it make sense.
Simply because some people don’t like it when you don’t warn them of even the mildest (gameplay) spoilers
