I’m so glad they confirmed that the paradox Pokémon are not actually ancestors or descendants of our Pokemon but just past and future themed version from other Timelines/universes, it just makes more sense to have it that because the paradox Pokémon are way to similar to be different enough to be completely separate Pokémon anyways. So that means if we got to another timeline/ universe in a future game we could get brand new Pokemon that are dinosaur or robot themed. Also the professor straight up says that they are pulled from other timelines so it’s confirmed.

honestly, in my opinion...SV was alright (AT first), i enjoyed the story and had fun in my first play through. And i through "this is alright, i really did like the story so far and characters." But after the dlc, jesus I honestly love SV. The story is pretty great, amazing, for a pokemon game. And i love pokemon, and lore, and the lore was so good (unlike SWSH.), and the dlcs just made it feel like Game Freak cares again. It gives me great hope for future games. I want more like how SV was, with its story and etc. I could ramble on more, but its really just the dlc was great, love how it wrapped things up perfectly.

The Admin files:#006. Admin Doug of security
Greetings this is admin Doug of security speaking and I am responding to our beloved leader Drogane's video about the recent events regarding the indigo disc and me personally I find the results very fascinating. The fact that we are the ones who started this loop. The fact that we are the one who also ended this loop. The fact that all of this ties back to us is fascinating and I guess that's why they call it a paradox. The loop cannot exist without us, but the exact same time. Our progress cannot exist without the loop so I suppose that this is a blessing in disguise for everyone in my opinion and is the event where Sada was brought from the past to the present. Honestly surprised me I was quite literally just catching pokémon all willy-nilly and randomly. But yeah I I personally am very satisfied with the results and I am very eager to see what the future holds and the paradox pokémon I personally always agreed with drogane that the parox pokémon are from time not imagination and while yeah the imagination theory was a bit more interesting and I suppose creative but facts are facts and you can't do anything about that. So for those that really wanted the imagination theory to be true. Sorry. Yeah you're luck kind of run out right there but anyways I've been. I think I've been rambling on long enough so I went to this transmission as I always do saying that. I hope everyone has a long and happy life and I wish you all prosperity

Finally, someone who also acknowledges other timelines.
It's more like timeline traveling than time travel; the event when we talk to the real alive professor at the start of their investigation and before they went mad does not make sense from our timeline perspective: from the Area Zero journals we know the professor had already completed the time machine and brought their first koraidon/miraidon when they discovered they where expecting Arven, which just contradicts what this professor tells us; this professor does not seem to recognise this koraidon/miraidon but has already a son. Furthermore, they gave us their scarlet/violet book, which in our timeline Arven had it and we use it to stop the time machine. So it's probable as they said they could be from an alternate timeline. Maybe the entry in the journal of the Dephts in this timeline about "us" giving them the white book is "us" from another timeline as well in which they didn't gave us their scarlet/violet copy and thus keeping it for us to stop the time machine.
I see a lot of people telling it may be (us creating) a (time) paradox loop like speaking about AI and giving them the book with more info but it does not look like a time paradox loop if we take into account previous stablished canon.
Also we don't know if they're the ones who gave the info to Heath but we are still missing their childhood book which it isn't in their possession anymore so the events wouldn't flow as in our timeline.
But on the other hand it seems it puts us on the academy and I think (at least for every video I've seem) they text about the cahracter's post game plotlines reactivates. Dd indeed break this timeline bccause those evnts make no sense?

    • @therealdrogane
      @therealdrogane  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

As confusing as it sounds - it's the same time line. I plan to do a separate video on the Paradox Loop but let me explain here.
In reality we know their are multiple Scarlet & Violet books out there and realistically speaking the Violet/Scarlet book we use to activate the time machine is really no different than any of the others that were released.
So even though we get a book the professors signed, in the greater context this would change nothing.
Briar's book is what ultimately gives this professor the knowledge to harness Terapagos power and set in motion everything we played up until this point. Hence the Paradox.

11:40 I’m pretty sure the professors actually do say they’re pulling Pokemon from other timelines. I also find it incredibly interesting that in the caves below Area Zero in the Indigo Disk we find a paradox mon…I wonder if this implies there’s a cross-over between timelines down here? So sometimes Pokemon from other timelines cross here (specifically I think there’s 2 - ours, and the one where paradox Pokemon originate from). Because I’m not sure if a Paradox Mon could be down here due to one of the professors, as it’s only accessible by the elevator (unless I’m reading too much into it and it is just one from the time machine).

@@therealdrogane I’ve thought about it some more and some parts still don’t *quite* add up - the 2 main ones for being being:
      a) the professor states that tera crystals can also be used to optimise machinery - not that they actually cause time travel. We can see this with the AI, which also cannot leave Area Zero (or perhaps the lab itself, it’s never actually stated which I don’t believe) as it needs the crystals to continue functioning. I’m wondering if perhaps this is also used to optimise the Pokeball locking system?
      b) The Terrarium is made possible by tera energy. This may well tie in to my previous point about it being used to optimise.
These 2 things don’t fit into the purely time-travel theory, and I feel like Terapagos and the tera crystals should almost be treated as 2 separate (albeit closely-related) entities. Perhaps Terapagos has the power of time travel, but it needs to draw on the power of the tera crystals to do so, while the tera crystals draw on Terapagos’ powers of Terastallization to cause the phenomenon. I think the crystals are just pure energy, and this energy can be manipulated in various ways.
      - Terapagos using them to cause time travel
      - The crystals are manipulated by Terapagos’ powers of Terastallization to cause this energy to cause said phenomenon.
      - The crystals (stated to be pure energy) can also be used to optimise machinery, eg. the Time Machine, the AI and the Terrarium.
I may have overcomplicated things because I’ve been over-thinking it 😅 but also I feel certain there’s more to it than purely “time/timeline travel”. I agree that’s the origin of the Paradox Mons, however I don’t think that time travel itself is the power, but merely one potential consequence as a result of utilising the energy.
Edit: The power of the crystals is stated multiple times to be “unstable” so perhaps this is why Paradox mons show up in Heath’s time? Or perhaps he never saw them at all and instead wrote about what was told to him by the professor when he had a similar experience to them (being transported to the future briefly to speak with them). Idk the more I think about it the more there is to get into and I’m probably wrong about a lot of this, but it’s still very fun that we have lots of pieces still to put together!
In short, I believe that the power of terastal energy is so great that it can help people achieve their “dreams”, as it opens up so many more possibilities than would be possible without it, if that makes sense.

It's not an agruement and you are actually stating what I said incorrectly. The game tells us they came from the past or future through the power of Terapagos's use of Terastal Energy. I said it doesn't matter what type of past they are pulled from at this point because it's from time. Alternative timeline, regular timeline - yes, that does not matter.

Wasn't a key component to stopping the time machine or something (Correct me if I'm wrong since it has been a year since I play the story mode) and didn't the book also disappear with the AI professor too? Wouldn't that create a paradox unless the professors we met came from a parallel timeline while the professor of this timeline just got their copy of Brair's book from a player from a parallel universe since the professors never mention able exchanging their book within their notes.

The thing I'm curious about is the book's origins and signature. Arven got it from his dad, gave it to us and we placed it in the time machine. But how did Arven got it if Turo gave it to us for Briar's? I feel like maybe in a DLC3 we'll give it to Arven and Arven will go to the Crystal Pool to give it to his dad (this Turo is a past version of the one we meet, maybe Arven says "This is yours" due to the signature which was never signed, henceforth the Paradox. This Turo being a past Turo wouldn't recognize us because he never met us yet and maybe keeps silent when he meets Miraidon (he vaguely recalls us).
So the book would go: Turo to us, us to Arven, Arven to Turo, Turo to Arven, Arven to us, us to Time Machine.
Now we just need to know if the Paradoxes in Heath's time and in Underdepths were displaced in space time or not.
They probably were since there was no machine, those who get displaced seem to have foggy memories.
Heath probably met Terapagos and went to the future, therefore thinking of that "dream like state" and his final form.
Turo knew he was in Kitakami but in the journal he wrote "Eastern lands" so his memory is foggy or it's intentional.

By the way. Can’t stand hack writing and hack imaginations. 😂
      Boring AF.

@@therealdrogane your theories about Time Travel in SV are more fluffy than the theories about Thermodynamics and Astral Projection working in-tandem.
NOTE WELL: We did NOT go inside a Time Machine when we saw Prof. Sada/Turo…it was at a lake, with crystals that emit stellar energy, and a Pokémon whose very essence can channel this energy in a thermodynamic system to create material things and also visions of what we want to see.

@NeverMeltIce Btw - my creative side on the theorizing about the pokemon world will never change but I have to work within the lore. I really appreciate your support of my content. It means alot to you. Always.

    Nope. Manifestations of Imaginations.
Timeline things have been milked dry the past 10 years+… Nintendo Knows it. I know it. Everyone Knows it. It’s tired. It’s boring. It’s been done to death that it’s now just considered to be ‘Lazy Writing’ and plain boring.
It’s definitely themed around Astral Projection and the materialisation of such projections…
    1) you have an E4 Champion who is named after an Ancient Hindu Song whose theme is Astral Projection
    2) You have a 19th Tera Type given the name Stellar (referencing Stars and celestial bodies) used in Astral Projection rituals.
    3) You have a Pool of Water with Tera Crystals that allow for Terapagos to imbue its energy into you as a shroud of mist that allows for the Astral Projection of your internal thoughts.
The Book you receive from the Professor has been manifested and manipulated from the book you gave them that was written by Briar. Terapagos was the one who used your internal brain 🧠 to manipulate the existing physical matter that was your copy of ‘Area Zero’ to make it appear as Turo’s SV Book.
Turo’s SV Book remains unchanged in your possession as you literally have Terapagos emitting energy with you and your Tera Orb due to your condensed exposure to its power.
4)There is no such thing as a working Time Machine…and how does it explain the spawn rates of existing paradox Pokémon if the very same Time Machine is now inoperable???
It’s because it never really existed….a mere manifestation…an astral projection type of power from Terapagos.
    5) Terapagos’ design is based on a Dream Catcher, which is more evident when viewed from above.
The Type Tera Crystals that we see are again its own desires and wishes to be every type…and therefore uses this ability as a defensive mechanism.
It uses its Astral Projection system to project a new (19th) Tera Type.

It’s called lazy writing; you can’t just keep recycling the same stuff over and over again without people getting bored.
Have you watched South Park: Joining the Panderverse?
It’s a literal masterpiece of the current zeitgeist…pop culture has wasted away to all bones and no flesh thanks to pandering and lazy writing.

@@therealdrogane you had such beautifully detailed early videos about Area Zero, that were very imaginative and inspiring.
What happened? You’ve gone the opposite direction lately.
As someone who has watched your videos from the start of SV release date…I’m disappointed.
But I do truly hope you can change your mindset the same way that Kieran did at the end of the Area Zero campaign.

@NeverMeltIce I mean it's honestly because the lore told us otherwise. There is literally nothing I can do about that but let me be very clear - I was never on the imagination side. Ever.
