Thank you for the question. Yes. It is very delicious! The catfish has a different size. I would usually buy at least 3 bounds because it would shrink after it was cooked.

Yes, you definitely can use other fish. Just try to use fish with bigger bones that you can easily remove before making your rolls. 💕

Did you have to bring the fish to higher rack ưhen broil?

Simply use a baking tray or aluminum tray. Don't place fish on rack as the tray will give better support for the entire fish. Using rack, the flesh might fall through the gaps.
