This is a type of snack I remember eating when I was growing up In Vietnam. The snack is sweet, chewy, creamy and with the added crushed peanuts and sesame seeds made this snack very delicious, comforting and addicting. Ingredients (Recipe)- Vietnamese Cassava Snack (Bánh Tằm):
454g Grated Cassava
1/3 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Tapioca Starch
1 cup Coconut Milk
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Food Coloring (optional)
8oz Shredded Coconut
1/3 cup Crushed Peanut
1 tbsp Roasted Sesame
1 tbsp Sugar
