I did not like this class, because hold poses were long and there were no compensating poses. It’s very easy to get an injury trying to do it. Not very balanced routine. It’s for advanced level athletes. More like show off of the instructor than something useful.

You don't seem to have seen long holds. I don't think it was the instructor's show at all. You just have weak muscles and that's it
