I've been practising yoga on and off for more than half my life and never have I experienced a practice that resonated so deeply with me. I'm going through therapy, reparenting, healing generational nightmares, in addition to my own trauma and every part of this session was deeply needed. Some things I heard I hit like walls I have yet to progress through, but I felt them nevertheless. I will be coming back to this practice again, despite not taking part of the programme. (Yet)

Hi Lauren, thank you so much for this practice, I really needed it today. I'm an American college student studying full-time in Ireland, and lately I've been a little down and experiencing a lot of exhaustion from burnout. I've been focusing on how it's such a shame to be experiencing negative emotions in a place that I normally associate with joy, but you reminded me today that life is meant to have ups and downs, and we just have to experience the downs with grace and without resisting them as they pass. Thank you so much for providing this practice today ❤

7 Years ago I was practicing yoga , And then I stoped i don't know why. But this time i am having suffering pánic attack emocional cardio health problems . I decided to return with yoga practice. I have feeling that yoga can help me to recovery . Lauren i really like your yoga and meditation vídeos, thanks for sharing your wisdom.
Best cues on the internet. This is my new "go to" yoga workout...and I've tried many. The camera angles and camera motion made it slightly difficult to follow some of the poses and transitions. And it's mildly discouraging when it *appears* that NOBODY was over 60 or under 20. But this is pretty common, it seems. Outstanding effort and delivery overall!!
Lauren, your cues were wonderful and your words were encouraging uplifting. And thank you for reminding us to acknowledge where we are right now and to embrace where we are.

Thank you Lauren for sharing a challenging sequence on TH-cam. I did it after doing Travis' LU108 15 min core because today was one of those days I felt no energy for 60 min+ Power Yoga. In the beginning I regretted a bit but I completed! It was indeed super refreshing and my fatigue went away with newly breathed prana into my body. I will definitely come back again especially when I feel demotivated.
I enjoy the practice and the challenge and the clarity of instruction but honestly, I found it hard to stand the voice that has a monotone all the way through the class that makes me feel like in an army camp, not really my style.
I really enjoyed this practice, however personally, I don't like the talking during some poses where I am trying to focus....it's distracting to me (stories, quotes, and talking about things other than the poses or breathing). I prefer a more quiet focus.
