    Do you have headaches that start at the base of your skull and go up and over your head to behind your eye?

    • @AndreiRus775

      Yes, had it for 4 months, now the pain remains just at the base of the skull, but its still there. Its only when I do exersice at the gym that my left side of the head including teeth get a nice relief, thats only for a few moments tho then the pain comes back.

I think, I saw this around 6 months ago and I have been doing these exercises every single day till today, so I see that it takes time but , the pain will go. the tightness in throat is more psychological, believe me.. I am a doctor myself , and I consulted ortho, neuro. doctors, and they also gave me light exercises . Also do Louis Hay affirmations

    Thank you so much for this routine! I have had extreme occipital headaches since a car accident in 2015. Post C4-CF ACDF the occipital pain has persisted. Several days a week I’ve been in extreme pain. NOTHING has helped until now!! Chiropractic, medications, massage, PT, trigger point treatments...none of it. You have changed my life!
    I’ve been doing a few sets of this everyday this week. On the first day I started your video in severe pain. During the first set, on the side bend with arm raised I heard and felt a loud “clunk” in my C2 area. This happened on both the first and second sets. I went on to do three more sets that day. I have continued doing three sets every morning and have not had any occipital pain since.
    ***BONUS: I can already tell a difference in my natural posture, my glutes are sore because I continue to practice not arching my lower back throughout the day when sitting. So, I may get a nice little butt lift out of the deal. 😉
    I can’t thank you enough!!! 4 physical therapists for 12 weeks each and you are the only one that has relieved my pain via TH-cam!!! 💜🤗🤗💜

      @@pilatesaustintexas512 Just wanted to share an update and thank you again. I have continued using your video. Still no raging occipital headaches. I’ve been on the verge a couple of times. I stop whatever I’m doing, turn on the video and mindfully stretch. Headache free for weeks!
      I recently received the report from radiology from an MRI in December. Several cervical levels have issues. I have appointments with a neurologist a and a neurosurgeon in the next week and I’m going to share this video with them. I believe 1000% that your video, at bare minimum, prevented nerve pain episodes and probably helped postpone surgical procedures. I went from almost constant pain severely impacting my ADLs to having a life and being able to have quality time with my kids!

    I’ve seen a Chiro for over a year and he’s done wonders for me. I’ve had upper neck issues and my poor posture hasn’t helped. As a barber I find myself hunching over for good chunks of the day and that just adds to the stiffness in my neck, as the week goes on it’s like it gets worse and worse. The past week if I look to the side to quickly I get this shooting pain up the back of my head and this horrible dizziness. Just that few minutes of following along to these stretches with a hot towel and I feel like a million bucks. God bless you dude!

    • @AndreiRus775
      @AndreiRus775 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not so good, been to many chiropracricants and did many exercises for the last 2 years I had this. Fortunately pain went away completely but it left a problem behind it. My left side now feels like paralised, left nostril and also left breathing diaprham, I can't breathe with my left side and left nostril, also don't have chills and feelings like I used too on the left side of the head. Things get worse as soon as I do a little effort, even as little as moving a table. Less hearing less vision. Things seem to get a relief for a few hours when I walk for a while and stay on my feet, a posture corrector also helped a lot to improve my symptoms, been wearing it for a year. My shoulders look straight and ok now but the problem is still there, did phisical therapy, posture excercises almost everyday, accupuncture and lots of messajes, still no result. I'm seeing an osteopath on tuesday but I'm afraid I will have to live with this for a long time, I live in Romania, Europe and been to many people but other than massaje and cracking bones they don't seem to know what's causing my condition. I feel as my nerves get trapped at the base of my skull and its driving me crazy because I have to force breathe every minute which causes me a lot of stress and I can hardly relax anytime, also sleep quality is very bad. I just hope someday now that I will get better and not worse, I hope it will heal by itself and I will be better as it is impacting my every day life too much. Thank you for asking, I just went trough old videos from when I had the pain amd found my comment, will try doing the exercises in this video tomorrow see if it makes any difference.

    Im only 16 but I have a lot of stiffness in my suboccipital muscles and at the back of my skull. I get chronic tension headaches on my forehead and occipital area and get pressure behind my eyes. My eyesight has deteriorated heaps and my vision is very blurry much more in my right eye than the left. Another thing I am experiencing is that my head feels very unstable and wobbly especially when I try to keep my head up. I suffer from vertigo and dizziness, whenever I try to walk normally in school from class to class I am very uncoordinated and sway from side to side sometimes it feels like I am going to trip over. My mental ability has immensely declined as well, in the past year I have developed extreme brain fog that never goes away it feels like my brain is functioning at 10%. I don't really get thoughts anymore and my mind is just blank and its affecting me socially and my performance in school. Does anybody have feedback? I desperately need help.

I can no longer sleep on my side and the pain is worse on my left side. Is it normal to get relief when I lay down? I’m just trying to find out what I have so I can work on treatment. Hi, thank you for sharing. How many times in a day should I perform this? Should I follow the exact duration in each excercises? I stopped lifting weights almost a month when this pain started, is it okay if I go back to gym like chest & shoulder excercises? Example, bench press, pec fly machine, dumbells,etc?

      Hard to say exactly without assessing you and your condition. I teach my clients to perform more rowing and lat pull type exercises and less chest and biceps... most are already rounded forward and this is a contributor to headaches.

    • @sweetbandi5354
      @sweetbandi5354 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, it goes to my neck, shoulder and lower part of shoulder. My xray result states that I have "slight cervical lordosis maybe due to muscle spasm". It keeps coming back almost everyday for 2months now. "Pushing your feet against the floor" is very important and som PT dont teach this. I combined your ideas with another channel I searched and the pain slowly subsides. In my case, I focus in atlanto-occipital joint and it works.

    Chiropractor is what ruined my health, I decided to listen to my body ,because everything I tried made it worse. The MRI wasn’t ok but because I had one a yr ago,the Drs had something to compare it to. I’ve suffered from cluster migraines for yrs but this was different. It began up my throat,I feel like I have a bad absess infection inside my brain. It wasn’t an infection or migraine at all . I’m allergic to 90% of nerve medicine,but I have a blood vessel/ blood flow problem. My dad died really young. He had 3 strokes at 42 and he never smoked,drank wine 2 glasses red ,on holidays. So family history is so important. If I hadn’t gone and had that MRI then I’d be in even more trouble .
