You can also disconnect the negative battery cable and removed the rtd fuse in the fuse box under the hood its a 30amp and reconnect the battery and the service message will be gone but you have to disconnect the battery first or it will stay on there
I’ll have to try this. My service message light is on since compressor is bad. Gonna be swapping springs and shocks and this safe ke from being annoyed lol
Excuse my ignorance, but how did you make it look like this, low!? I just bought a 2003 Escalde Ext, did the suspension, replaced the air shock absorbers with conventional shock absorbers but it was too high! I would like to leave 3 fingers of the tire!
Hi! Is it possible to buy those original front shock connectors from you? Im missing those on my 05 Escalade and goint to convert back to stock shocks. Thanks
@@HTPJayI took the suv to get it lowered but it wobbles. I’m sure cuz I didn’t switch the air shocks. The shocks listed on your description should make the ride smoother?
Hows is this holding up? No issues.? I currently did this on mine but for some reason i can hear the front motors kicking in. Also my steering gave me some resistance at first kinda sketchy.
I bougut a escalade lowerd the truck sounds like shyt and i replace the shocks with after market cheap shocks and still sounds and inside terrible on a bump what should i do next
Did you feel looseness in the steering after disconnecting the factory air ride ? I have an 02 awd and want to lower mine as well , I had disconnected that fuse and my steering got all sloppy, any info would help , thanx , mint truck btw
@@tommygaskins8123 Shit so I should probably get mine connected again huh? I got some 200 dollar each shocks that didn’t actually have the adapter on it, so I wrapped the connector up with sandwich bags and tucked it away so it can’t do anything. I never felt a change in my steering at all.
Best vehicle install video ever... To the point... No dumb shit,. Just what to do.... Ur a saint
Thanks 🙏🏾
Forreal !!!! This helped plenty. Perfect video

Great video
Thank you
@HTP Jay how to remove the sign from dash after replacing the shocks
Any tips for removing the electrical connection on top of the front shock?
Nobody mentions that 😂

3/5 inches drop? tire size? nice!
if you have an awd escalade you will have to use original shock mounts.only fits one nut on.ill let yall know how it rides
What suspension dampening shocks do you recommend? Something like what the.off road racing trucks use without raising it.
I have a 2005 Cadillac Escalade if I do the same would the light come for air suspension
Can you tell me what the exactly name of the
I got the same truck I wanna do it bro
will this fit a 2003 escalade?
Hey bro can I put 2inch lowering beltech shocks in the front with out lowering spindles or do I need lowering spindles mandatory please let me know
I would only recommend using them if the truck is lowered
Inglewood 🙌
Up to no good!
Newbie question : what drop
Is this? Thorough video and I’m sure I’ll be able to drop mines too
2/3 drop, the rear springs came with spacers that lift the ride height up 1 inch so you can adjust the height
Thanks. And the link you posted is all I need for the drop ?
Yes all 3 links will be all you need, I don’t think they make the rear spring s that I linked anymore though
@@HTPJayI took the suv to get it lowered but it wobbles. I’m sure cuz I didn’t switch the air shocks.

Depends on what kind of wobble it has, your wheels may need to be balanced or the shocks could be bad

Did u uplug the fuse? If you did put it back brother that fuse controls your power steering assist as well in all Escalades
@@tommygaskins8123
Its working great now without the fuse. must of been a glitch at first. What exhuast set up are you running by the way.
Good to hear, I have a single SLP loudmouth 2 with a Y pipe after kinda tacky but it sounds good lol
Where the radio from?
They sell Resistors you can install and wire in so the service air ride message dissappears.
Easier to pull the fuse.
✌️🤙
Is is necessary to change out the oe spindle to the Belltech spindle or can you keep the oem on?
No it’s not necessary
@@HTPJay bet thanks bro
Where can I find the best cheap air ride shocks for a 2003 Cadillac Escalade ESV
I’m not sure but Amazon might have something
Hi nice vídeo I have a 2003 Escalade 2wd that will work
Yep..
2002-06
Hello there will they work for a 2004 esv all wheel drive?
Everything except the rear springs should work, I think they’re discontinued
🔥
How you make it 2wd?
It came 2wd 5.3
Lemme say I am in - AWE - how clean that is for a 2002. regards from upstate NY. Let me send you some salt.
🤣
Why you change the coil springs
To lower the rear of the truck
I bougut a escalade lowerd the truck sounds like shyt and i replace the shocks with after market cheap shocks and still sounds and inside terrible on a bump what should i do next
220$ for 4 shocks?
Yes, $211 on Amazon right now
What can I use for the AWD 02 Escalade?
Should be the for awd but I’d double check first
what can I use for a 02 awd . what's everything I would need
Did you feel looseness in the steering after disconnecting the factory air ride ? I have an 02 awd and want to lower mine as well , I had disconnected that fuse and my steering got all sloppy, any info would help , thanx , mint truck btw
To be honest my steering was loose before and after I lowered it so I’m going to replace my tire rods and pitman arm to see if that helps
That fuse controls more than air, controls your electric steering assist as well . Put it back !! - *certified Cadillac technician 12 years*

It*
Lmao remove the terminal off the battery its suspension work haha
Yea you have to unplug electrical connection from the top of the shock
It’s a electrical air ride. Therefore you have to unplug the battery to avoid shortages and damage
