    I've only been doing yoga for about a week, I spent 16 hours moving yesterday and then 10 hours of work today, after all that I couldn't even bend my knees. I just finished this video and I feel insanely better.

    I suffer from body pain from anxiety, to tell you the truth I was skeptical about this working, not even painkillers work for me, but, this worked wonders, I feel so much better after the stretching, THANK YOU SO MUCH! ❤️
    By the way, your soothing calm voice helps a lot, good job, great video! :)

    I have epilepsy and often have seizures in my sleep so my body always aches especially in the mornings. I really couldn’t move around today and wanted to do some yoga. Googled best yoga routine for aching bodies and this one popped up. Just found my first favorite yoga TH-cam channel. My headache even went away during this. Thank you thank you 🙏🏽 🥰

    I added weight lifting to my exercise routine two days ago.. And all yesterday and this morning I feel like I got hit by a truck! 15 minutes of yoga later... still sore, but 10x more range of motion without pain. Thank you thank you thank you!! I wouldn't have believed it was possible if not for all the comments. Do it now!! The first child's pose will be horrible.. the last will feel so good!

    I've been doing this practice religiously for 2 weeks. I am new to yoga and I have some body issues. Old injuries, chronically sore hips and muscles that need to be trained.     I had a really intense volleyball practice a few months after trying yoga and giving it up. My legs were so sore, I could not walk without looking like a penguin. Then, I did these poses. Although I'm still a bit sore because I had to skip the last one, as I had to wear my back brace, which is REALLY uncomfortable and hard to bend it, I can walk like a normal person! I'm going to do this from now on once I feel sore again. I'll try to make sure it's not when I'm wearing my brace next time, though.
    Anyways, thank you for the amazing and easy to understand yoga "session." (?) 😂

    Great sequence of relaxing poses and really stretches a lot of soreness away. I do these stretches every time I get off the trail to prevent soreness and it feels so nice! Thank you!

    Thank you so much for creating this practice. I have added this to my morning routine. Ask my family, I think we all have it memorized by now..lol yet they don't participate 😁 as a woman over 50, this series of stretches helps all the aging be less and the breathing is so intentional, that I am reinvigorated EVERY day. So I maybe too sore to move even if it is not due to too much running, too much hiking...I'm the whatever it is category...and I am ok with that. My mobility has increased, my agility has increased and my flexibility. I feel stronger than I did a year ago. Thank you again, from my heart to yours, namaste

    Thank you for this practice. I am not sore from activity but rather inactivity. My body holds a lot of trauma and is very stiff also. This was a great starter practice and I intend to do this every day until my body is looser and I can explore other routines with confidence. I feel very sire still but I can also feel a lightness.     2am midway through assessments and sore from the gym, find your video, I’m an absolute amateur at yoga and my god I feel so much better even tho I was falling all over the place and sore for the start.🙏 thank you so much ! Big believer in it now !

    I feel so much better!! I decided to start working out again after years! Not to mention a pregnancy 3-4 years ago. Needless to say I worked out yesterday and felt muscles I hadn't felt in ages. But today my muscles hate me. After doing your stretches I feel 100 times better! I can actually move without feeling like my body is going to fall apart. And I must point out that immediately I realized that you take your time from pose to pose, explaining it along the way. A lot of stretching/Yoda videos move way too fast for beginners to keep up. I find myself rewinding or pausing these videos and becoming anxious instead of relaxing and enjoying the video.

    Did Insanity plyometric workout yesterday and my legs were literally shaking all day with horrible pain. I just finished this and could immediately lift my legs to chest level😲. Had to hit the like button!!!

    YES!!! I practice netball and currently on our team we have seven ppl which means no subs. I would have to play for ALL four rounds in games and be EXTREMELY SORE afterwards. SUPER GLAD I found this video thank youuuu

    Hello Brett I recently saw some yoga videos you have on TH-cam and just loved them. I love it because you break the moves down so one can do yoga and enjoy without injury. I have Fibromyalgia, Chronic Arthritis, knee injury and lower back pain. Today was one of those days where I could hardly move but I love yoga and was determined to do something so I typed in yoga stretches and low and behold your name popped up and I was like YESSSSS! I am feeling so much better after this video. I Thank God for you and the videos.     I CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH THIS HAS HELPED ME TODAY. I feel 100% better and may even be able to train today. I have lost 190lbs and have had tremendous knee problems, back, you name it. I'll be doing these stretches every day via your video. I am enlisting in the Navy in a few weeks and having this knowledge will make bootcamp that much more tolerable!!
