      Am 36 joined a job few weeks back that is on USA shift. 9pm to 6 am is my schedule...after that its too tiring to go for walk or exercise...sleep timing ,food timing all are messed up. I put up in delhi.

    I have lost 25 kg in three month not once but many times because i gain weight back..my diet plan is not like this hell..for man or woman u should be in caloric deficit..check your bmi than eat less 500 approximately(1000calorie/day for woman & 1500 for man) and do some exercise eat good carbs like one chappati or oats or brown rice daal and add more protein like eggs chicken breast fish..adsing taste is important for life time fitness otherwise with this kind of diet u will lose weight dramatically but when u get back to normal u gain it all..and cut back sugar and process food
