You guys are consistently creating excellent material. The stat sheet at the end of the episode is very helpful for analyzing games, and I wouldn't be surprised if the other gameplay channels started adopting it.

Right at the start I was so confused about the talisman casting the elvish mystic and had to rewind the video. So I'd like to use this as an opportunity to applaud the work that goes into the script writing and reading for the narration and how well edited these videos are that made me so confused about one mistake
at 6:09 a mistake was made, ive seen it far too often, sevinnes reclamation states: if it is cast from grave you may copy it, he should have had two sevinnes reclamations on the stack and gotten either LED or breach since only half of sevinnes was countered.
4:40 This exact same thing happened in my play group recently, but someone argued that the temporal mastery doesn't go to the graveyard until the whole stack is finished, so the copy actually didn't fizzle. I thought it should fizzle. Can anyone else confirm?

I have a cedh kalamax that’s pure control with Kiki lines, and I can honestly say kalamax turns is probably the worst iteration of kalamax you can make. He can combo really fast if you build around his twinning staff and isc/reversal lines.
nvm i think i got it. twincast copy -> twining staff copy twincast targeting twincast -> twining staff copy twincast targeting twincast -> infinite to end the infinite you target the original card in this case an Extra Turn spell and you do that for every copy

@@jessejames9684 Top is the combo piece in Elsha or you wouldn't play that deck. Just needed a cost reducer and it is free draws. Can draw the deck by placing top on top of it and cast top for free over and over again. My version of Elsha has 6 mana reducers and I pack more artifacts and Urza in it to make it so I can play down all of the mana producers and get to my win cons.

The copy effect isnt upon cast, its upon resolution. If the spell is countered then it isn't copied.

Card is no longer on the stack after being countered, so it is in graveyard and cannot be copied.
Countering a spell causes it to leave the stack, so anything else targeting it fizzles.

It’s called polytyrant. It intentionally does that. You flip into it and go infinite with mana positive rocks. You then sink that into urza’s ability.
