    Amazing! I remember doing this workout when I was pregnant with baby #2 and I was so out of shape that I could barely do it. I started formally training with your 12 week postpartum plan, then did the 10 minute plan, and have been consistently doing firm 30 for the past year. I’m now pregnant with baby #3 and 10 weeks along. I have been doing your prenatal workout and just finally did this cardio workout for the first time since I was first introduced to your program during my last pregnancy. I feel amazing working out with you and I can’t believe how in shape I am. THANK YOU ASHLEY!!!!!!!

    My 4 year old did this with me, my three year old sat on the sofa and said "Why are you guys sweating so much?', and my 1.5 year old used me as a slide and launching pad during the stretches. Overall we had a great time and all got a workout! Haha. Thank you for all your work! 16 weeks pregnant and excited to keep going through your prenatal plan! My four year old wakes up and says "So what workout are we doing today?" and that makes me happy:)

    My 7 year old did this work out with me and when you said "it's just cardio." She said "No, it's torture!" 😆 we got a great workout from this video. Thank you for all you do!!

    I’m not pregnant anymore, but I LOVED working out with you until I was about 39 weeks along, so I will do this workout anyway! Congrats on baby number 4! Looking forward to seeing more new content for my next pregnancy! Best prenatal instructor!

    Thanks for the awesome workout! Love the intensity and sweatiness! First time in your channel, would love if there can be audio prompts on pose changes or moving into breaks. Certain positions you can't always stare at the TH-cam screen and I often find myself still on the pose when you've already stopped to rest or change sides. Thanks for the awesome workout!

    I am not pregnant, but I did your prenatal and postpartum plans and loved them both. I felt so strong, fit, confident, and just GOOD during my pregnancy, and also similar after the postpartum plan. I love the added timer on the right, and the background music.     it was sooo nice to actually be able to do this feeling strong! I am 12 weeks preggo with baby #3 and have really struggled with working out regularly since week 7. I have done what i can (which is all one can do :D) but truly marvel at the gals who can rigorously workout through those difficult few weeks! It felt auh-maze-ing to workout before my other kiddos got up this morning and not have to stop have ay to eat a snack or stop it all together! Thanks Ashley! Looking forward to more!

    Not pregnant but still enjoy it and think it is a good push. I have done it twice within the past month. Just a heads up the audio is going out between 80-87% completion if you are able to fix.

    This is awesome. Doin this today. It’s challenging but necessary. Dnt want to be a coach potato. This is good even if you’re not preg as well.     I am 8 weeks pregnant and this was my first pregnancy workout. I've done regular HIITs so far, but I really love this workout! Thank you for that!
    I recently set an alert in my watch when my heart rate goes above the recommended heartbeats. This happened several times during the workout. What do you think? Did you pay attention to this during your pregnancies, or am I being overcautious?

    So I'm pregnant with my 5th IV had 3 sections and I'm 40yrs old. But I refuse to give in to the fear porn! Thankyou so much for this. I absolutely loved it. Feeling the burn but feeling safe! I love exercise at home especially cos got all the kids around me. I really enjoyed the exercise and with the constant new moves helps to not get bored so yeah ... My 1 yr old son brought me a towel to wipe me as he could see the sweat drip lol

    That was pretty intense but I am a little overweight and trying to lose some excess fat as well as tone muscle. When I actually exercise, I drop weight good. Im hoping it gets easier by the next week. I really enjoyed it and glad it's only 30 mins. I can see your passion for pregnant women trying to exercise. I also really enjoyed the post workout stretch, it was very calming

    I have been doing an hour workout five times a day before I got pregnant. My first pregnancy I did a prenatal workout that I never sweated in which bothered me. I mean it did great prepping me for my first labor but I just wanted something that was a real challenge. You definitely delivered. You got a fan right here for the next 8 months 🙌🏼

    Loved this workout....during..not so much lol. This was really hard for me and was a challenge. My heart was pumping hard and I wanted to quit, but I didn't! Thank you for this workout!! I'm 5 weeks pregnant and took 2 weeks off from working out. Ugh I wish I didnt!

      @@glowbodypt I just finished the workout and loved it! Plus I love your new background! The music, countdown, and status bar are super great additions! One extra thing that would be helpful to me is a few beeps before the end of each workout interval so I don't have to watch the screen to see when it's ending. I love to see how you are always growing and improving your content. I try to do the same in my life with teaching violin and parenting and I just love that you are my type of girl!! Anyway, great workout! Keep it up girl!!! ❤️💪🔥

      Hi Vipasha, congrats on first trimester-- this workout is designed specifically for 1st trimester all the way through week 16! As long as you have a normal healthy pregnancy you (and your doctor allows you to exercise which most do because it's very healthy for mom and baby) you are good to go.       Congrats Asia on expecting your third! I need you to watch this video: th-cam.com/video/tcyK5tZeQ68/w-d-xo.html --> You will get DR again during pregnancy, at least by 3rd trimester. There's no exercise in early pregnancy that's going to make your non-showing pregnant belly worse than it's going to get later on in pregnancy. You do need to be mindful later on (16 weeks plus for you expecting your 3rd baby) but at this point in pregnancy, you can do anything without concern that it's going to get worse. : )

    A great sweaty substitute for a jog or walk outside. It’s raining today so I had to forgo the walk, but this was excellent. It did more good than a walk actually. Got my heart rate up more. Thanks, Ashley!

    I just finished doing the exercises. I am not pregnant, but I suspect that I am pregnant. Week ago, I was doing high-intensity exercises, and I catch my breath. Now my period is late, and during this simple exercise, I can't catch my breathing and my muscles began to hurt. I changed a lot.

    Besides the two where you’re in a plank like position, why wouldn’t these work throughout most of the pregnancy? I’m 22 weeks and was doing this but then realized that it was intended for the first 17 weeks only.

      Walking is perfectly fine. Try for 30-60 minutes a day at a comfortable pace. If you were sedentary prior, walking is plenty.

    Just did it! I'm in my 10th week and.. I stopped exercising since I discovered I'm pregnant, 'cause i' m scared. This has been my first cardio theresince! It was ok, I have only some slight difficulty with my link side. Yet I did all without major problems nor pain. Question : how many kcal does this burn? Thanks a lot!

      Congrats on 10 weeks along and I'm proud of you for doing this yourself. You should feel completely confident once you're 12 weeks, even if you had a history of early miscarriage in previous pregnancies.
