If you are suggesting that I should be ashamed for my work in the US Military...Arguably the most respectful, slow-to-pull-a-trigger, generous (of time, money, human-life, and professional expertise), rule of law oriented with due process, then I consider you do some research. I did a job that few women have ever done and few people will ever understand, and I will never be ashamed for that. I was in the homes of extremely violent terrorists in the middle of the night. This method literally saved lives and was an opportunity only appropriate for a fit woman to serve in amidst a male-dominated culture, to show respect to their women/children by not having a man do the job.
@@glowbodypt I’m not suggesting anything. I’m stating that as a mother, you’re nonchalant comment about interrogating women and children was disturbing to hear. Like I said, loved the video but that “small talk” was concerning. To hear that after talking about watering plans was jarring.
@@oliviab3807 I actually appreciated the “small talk” and interesting stories cause it kept my mind off of my burning glutes and lower back. Honestly a lot of the work that is done in the military to keep us safe is jarring, which is why not everyone is meant for it, but we are eternally grateful for the sacrifice to do a job that many of us are incapable of doing 😊🇺🇸
@@colivier09 if that’s your idea of “interesting small talk” than OK 👌 I too support our troops, but I don’t blindly support wars. That’s an important distinction for me. And wars that last for 20 years where women and children are interrogated in the middle of the night is more than just a small talk conversation- my personal opinion. I’m not here to have a political debate, I truly enjoyed the video but just wanted to give a different perspective on a very serious topic in the middle of otherwise a very pleasant workout. This will be the last time I respond to this thread cause I don’t want to keep going around in cycles.
That was insane. Thank you for the challenge. Most prenatal workouts on YT are not very challenging, this one had me sweating and taking breaks. I'm 24 weeks! Thank you for this workout!
I love your videos, Ashley, and I’m so thankful for your knowledge, genuine care, and committed passion! I’m 24 weeks with my first baby. In addition to following along with your prenatal plan, I’m alternating this, the Pilates, and the posture videos for morning movement (while I still can 😊). It’s got me feeling so good!!❤ - and they never get easier 😂
SO impressed to hear that you're so on top of your fitness at 24 weeks along right now with your first baby! Well done, Sarah. Thanks for introducing yourself, too. : D
Such a great burn! 37 weeks and not consistently workout but so thankful for your workouts when I make the time! Excited to start the post pregnancy plan after baby arrives! Thank you, Ashley! You are such a light!
Beka congrats to you on full term now! I'm SO excited for you to meet your baby. You will love the Upgraded 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan for what it does for you. Thank you for choosing me to be a small drop along your motherhood journey with you.
Loved it! Almost 22 weeks with baby #2. What you said about the research showing that only a small minority of women continue working out through their pregnancies was really motivating to me. I feel so proud of myself!!
16 weeks pregnant with baby 5 and I'm Soo happy I found you! I've never actually worked out fully through any of my pregnancies so I'm hoping this time it will be different and I'll be consistent with working out!!
i started the calendar workout around 18 weeks pregnant. I am currently 23 weeks pregnant and loving your workouts. 4th baby on the way and this has been my strongest pregnancy. usually by now i am having hip and lower back problems, having lightening crotch. don't get me started on bathroom problems. Now i forget i am pregnant sometimes and feel somewhat as strong as i was before pregnancy. thank you for making this helpful community. I didn't know how to continue working out safely while pregnant and now i tell all my friends you've made it simple!
Hi Ashley! I am 35 weeks pregnant with my rainbow baby after an ectopic loss in 2022. Im so grateful I found you at week 12 and have stuck with you for 70% of the time lol! Im so grateful for your guide and my family just got me your postpartum plan for my birthday. I look forward to many more healthy work outs!
39 weeks and 5 days and just did this workout! If you don’t have her prenatal program, you need it! I started at 18 weeks and it’s been so amazing working out every day through this pregnancy with baby #3! You got this ladies!
I enjoyed doing this. I am at 24weeks, my second pregnancy with glowbodyPT. It's been great and relieving. So glad I could workout again. I haven't exercised in a while and it's never too late to start again. So happy I'm back to exercising.
Christy, it's Ashley. Congrats on your 2nd pregnancy with me and THANK YOU for coming back! I'm so glad you didn't throw in the towel and at 24 weeks along, here you are, crushing it!
40weeks + 2days and I am so proud to have finished that workout completely! Dripping sweat and burned 250 calories but feels so good! Trying to get this baby out as much I can.. been following since 25 weeks and have taken some breaks in between but each time I feel better and stronger! Thank you Ashley ❤
Omg! I am a dedicated person that workouts and does hiit and spin 4 times a week at the gym! This workout was even more intense than ANYTHING i do there! Thank you so much for that! I’m 24 weeks and having a girl! Can’t wait to sign up for the postpartum workouts! 🥰🥰
I’m 28 weeks & have been following the prenatal workout plan since week 16! It’s been great!! You really push us & I appreciate it mostly lol, & get frustrated other times lol! But I really respect that. I’m so excited to see how this labor progresses versus my 1st 30 hour labor. I walked a lot & danced a bit during my 1st pregnancy but never worked out like this plan. So I’m excited, I know it will make a noticeable difference! Thank you for all your attention to detail you’ve put into your plan and for thinking to make this available for free!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾 Appreciate you!
I’m 21 weeks pregnant and I’m enjoying the workouts! Hahahah I keep muttering under my breath that you are a beast and these workouts are ruthless, but I do love that they are keeping me active and prepping me for the home birth of our second daughter.
Finally I found a challenging prenatal cardio workout! Currently 33 weeks pregnant and I'm finding it harder and harder to find TH-cam videos that challenge me but are still prenatal friendly! Thanks for this!

I loved this workout. I’m almost 35 weeks pregnant and getting tired of going to the gym to get my exercise in…. so I decided to try some at-home workouts and this was perfect! It is my “leg day” today and I was pleased to find that this video really worked them out and got my heart rate up. I’m also so grateful to God that I finally found a resource for health and fitness that honors and acknowledges our Creator and that you aren’t afraid to share Christ and what you are learning from your Bible studies and time with the Lord. Definitely interested to try your 12 week postnatal program as well. Thank you for all you are doing!
Welcome Shabnam and congratulations to you on nearly 35 weeks along. I'm really glad you enjoyed this workout and think you'll like this one too as you continue to prep these last few weeks before you meet your baby: th-cam.com/video/29-Fo19WHq4/w-d-xo.html I am grateful to have you here. This platform would mean nothing to me if I didn't share about God.
I’m 25 weeks with Baby #2. I love anything athletic and competitive so staying strong is always a priority for me. I loyally followed the free prenatal plan during my first and I’m enjoying again as well as these new videos in my 2nd. After restarting several times (lol), I finally completed the 12 week post pregnancy plan and really enjoyed my results before becoming pregnant again. I plan to complete once more after this little guy is born then moving on to the next program. Thanks so much for explaining why our bodies do what they do and how to protect, strengthen and give them grace during so much transition.
Jamie, I feel so grateful to have you as part of this community! Clearly you are a highly motivated woman and I'm happy for you to be 25 wks along with baby number 2 and still staying so fit and healthy.
Hi Ashley! I watched this and followed along religiously with my baby boy. I had him 18 mo. ago and still come back (even though I'm not pregnant) because this is such an awesome low-impact at-home cardio workout. THANK YOU for helping and encouraging me as a first-time mama and THANK YOU for making free videos to help people with their health. It's a Godly mission and I'm grateful for you!
AWWWE that's awesome your son is 18 months old now and you still come back to this prenatal cardio routine! I admire your motivation and thanks for reaching out to introduce yourself. I hope to see you crushing it on one of my programs next (Heads Up: The Black Friday sale is Nov 29th if you're waiting to save $...next sale isn't until May 2024). DM me on Instagram @glowbodypt if you're not sure which program you need for your personal goals and we can chat through your situation together.
Love your workouts. I’m a mom of a 1 yo and also 26 weeks pregnant. Seeing your kids in your videos and how they just watch you sometimes motivates me more than anything, especially on days I don’t wanna do it! Our kids are always watching and I’m hoping to instill these healthy life habits in them! ❤
This is my second pregnancy with Glowbodypt! I’m in my second trimester. As much as I love Ashley’s workouts, I also love the little tidbits of educational information that she throws out about pregnancy, exercise and healthy living!
Hi Burke, it's me! Thank you SO MUCH for your encouraging comment and I sincerely appreciate you being part of this little glowbodypt community. Congrats on second trimester expecting your 2nd baby! You snagged my updated free Prenatal Program too, right? www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts
@@glowbodypt yes I’m doing the prenatal program! It’s so nice to have it all laid out for me! Also a fellow military spouse now. My husband just joined the Air Force. So much respect for you and how you have remained a faithful momma to your kids even with your husband gone a lot.
34 weeks this week and I could not be happier you posted a 30 minute workout for 2nd/3rd trimester! I do a lot Peloton-ing, but I've been having a lot of tailbone pain the last couple weeks so this workout is perfect to keep me going. Also, I already have the 12 week pp workouts from my last pregnancy, and can't wait to start back again. Thanks for everything, Ashley!
4th pregnancy and 4th time through your plan! Thank you for the content and thank you for your service! I'm thankful there are Christian women like you willing to serve as your example goes beyond protecting our country and freedoms but furthering the Kingdom as well. 🤍
I’ve done your prenatal exercises with every pregnancy yet and I could not be more grateful for such thoughtful, practical, time-sensitive routines. Every time I get that positive test I bring your prenatal program to my desktop and it helps me stay motivated and get ready to work, especially in my slow first trimester. You’re awesome! Thanks for your service!
Taryn, it fills my heart to know my workouts have benefited you each pregnancy and makes all the time put into them worth it. Congrats to you and hope to get to know you better in the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan private group once that time comes for you postpartum!
I’m 26 weeks with #2! I’ve had a lot of Braxton hocks so I have to take the workouts slower. But still here loving it! Thanks Ashley! And thank you for your work in the military!! I love hearing about it.
I’m 27 weeks and I wish I started sooner. Granted I did have an emergency appendix removal during this pregnancy so that hindered me a bit. Going to try my best to do these workouts everyday til labor. Praying for a graceful homebirth after my first being a traumatic hospital birth. God bless you and all the ladies preparing themselves to meet their little gifts from above. ❤
Congrats to you headed into 3rd trimester right now! I'm SO SORRY to hear you had to have an emergency appendix removal during this pregnancy -- and grateful your baby is doing just fine! So glad i found this today! Was supposed to go to the gym this morning but the kids took extra long to get ready so we never made it out of the house lol. Im 35 weeks and 4 days today with baby number 7. I keep up with teaching zumba and lifting 💪 I feel great, thank you Lord ❤️ thanks for having these videos available
I really enjoyed this exercise. I’m 5 months into my second pregnancy and haven’t been feeling motivated to exercise like I did with the first one at all. But I followed this video for the first time today and feel so proud of myself and so energized. Thanks for putting it out there (for free) and all the advice. It’s very much appreciated.
I am currently 29 weeks and 5 days pregnant! Loved this workout! I wish I would've found your channel sooner but now is better than never! Discovered your channel about 2 weeks ago. I love that you have Playlists for each trimester! Can't wait to go through the post party plan! Thanks for all these ❤
Briana, so nice to meet you almost 30 weeks along. : ) I have WAY BETTER than playlists. You need to go snag my free prenatal program right now www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts You will love it!
Hello Mama, I have just finished this workout. AMAZING!! It is my first pregnancy and even if I exercise 5 days a week and continue my intermittent fasting (2main+1snack-no worries cuz doctor approved), I gained more than I should have but I don't care because I take this period of my life as bulk period and imagine I built a booty(!) with extra carb intake, the booty that I always dreamt of but never succeeded because of the fear of gaining weight. I've been fitnessing for almost 7 years. I'm extremely bloated. Before this workout, my shoes did not fit me. My bloat was in its max. But now I feel amazing. I feel like it is all gone. I feel fresh. I will continue with this workout. BTW ladies who read this, I always stay on the safe side, listening to my body, leaving at the point of feeling a bit of pain, engaging with my body and modifying the moves when I can't keep up with this wonderful Personal Trainer. I'm in my 3rd trimester. Have blessed pregnancies everyone!! God bless!! 🤸🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️🙏🏻♥️🌸
Honored to meet you Mary! So glad it helped decrease your pregnancy swelling and bloating and can totally relate to how I too have my best butt during pregnancy. Another reason-- the glute region contains DHA, which are the healthiest fatty acids for baby's brain development and go straight to your breast milk production postpartum!
@@glowbodypt you know I'm gonna religiously try all your exercises. I think what you do is also talent, not only work. I appreciate the extra information. I'm always a student and I am open to learn even if I've done sth for zibillion years. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🌸🌸🌸🌸 Thank you, thank you, thank you loads!!
I’m 19 weeks and just recovering from pinching my sciatica and this was awesome! Just the right amount of effort without making me feel completely burnt out! I appreciate your programs so much! ❤
Hi there, this is my second pregnancy. I'm 17 weeks. I discovered your videos when I was expecting my first baby so thank you very much for the quality of your videos and congrats for your 4 Kids !!!
Congrats on 17 weeks strong and healthy with your second pregnancy Jessica. I am honored to have you here this time around again and hope you have my full prenatal training schedule too (it's free and amazing!) www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts
38.5 weeks, second time momma 💪 been following Ashley’s prenatal schedule all the way through, totally unplanned - had just finished the LFSC plan before. Big difference to my 1st pregnancy in terms of strength and confidence thanks to Ashley!
AWWE I am so happy to hear from you that you feel stronger and more fit this pregnancy compared to your first- that speaks a lot to your fitness going into pregnancy and how you maintained your body throughout which is hard! Honored my plan have served you well and SO GRATEFUL to have you as part of this glowbodypt community.
Ive been following a pretty high intensity workout plan for over a year now. I’m 14 weeks pregnant and needed something geared for a pregnant body- I picked this workout for today, thinking it would be “easy”. Ummm… not easy!! Thank you!! I love how it was still intense, without making me feel overheated or over stressing my pelvic floor ect. Awesome cardio! :thumbs up:
I have so much respect for you Ashley. I'm pregnant with my sixth, found your free prenatal program halfway through my last pregnancy - purchased and used your 12 Week Postpartum AND your Ten Minute Plan and now I am using this program once again. Every plan, I 👏 SEE 👏 RESULTS 👏. I am grateful for your creating all of this incredible content. And I'm cheering you on now and in the future
Colleen, congrats to you and your big beautiful family growing to be a family of 8 and WELL DONE taking such great care of yourself so you can better pour into your babies and husband. Thanks for taking the time to comment and share part of your personal life with me. I am so grateful to be your trainer and it's not a responsibility I take lightly.
34 weeks pregnancy here and it's my first time! I'm getting heavier and heavier everyday and was confusing about whether to proceed with my workout. Glad I found your video! Give me strength to continue and getting stronger!
17 weeks with baby number 4. I did your 12-week pp, 10-min, and about 75% of your LFSC programs after my last baby. My youngest is 2.5 years old and I started exercising consistently with your programs after he was born, and I stuck with it longer than I ever have in my life. I have never exercised consistently throughout any of my pregnancies, but I feel like I can, and I will this time thanks to the strength and endurance I gained through your programs :)
Thank you for this! I was stuck inside today (run day on the training plan), but it was cold and rainy. This definitely hit the spot at 18+ weeks! (Also, I wanted to add, thank you for your years of service. I appreciate your bravery and everyone's who has gone abroad to serve and protect! What you did for our country -- and for the non-violent Afghan population -- is REAL and you have as much a right to talk about it as anyone!)
Ashley thank you so much for helping me through this pregnancy and my last , I am currently on 27 weeks with my second child and need all the encouragement to keep on the prenatal plan this workout was challenging but my body feels so good afterwards . On week 27 today was Tuesday three more days to go this week for my workout goal .
28 and 5 days and I’m loving this workout! I was able to keep up with your prenatal workouts and I’m hoping I can continue till the end. I feel better now at 41, have more energy, look better than I did we my previous pregnancy, at 37, when I didn’t work out… Thank you so much for this!
What a testimony and inspiration! Thanks for sharing this and congrats on 3rd trimester. Be sure to snag my free prenatal program if you haven't already, it will save you SO MUCH TIME www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts
Ashley, 🔥 Wow! I can’t believe it’s taking me so long to click this cardio. Typically, on cardio days I hop on the bike for a peloton ride. This equally got my heart rate. I’m currently 36 weeks with baby #5 and have enjoyed your plans for the past pregnancies as well. I truly admire your strength, faith and heart . I am also very grateful for the work you put into us, as well as the work you put into our country. Please know you are loved and appreciated in this community you have built.
Just repeated this at 35 weeks and I was impressed that I was able to complete it and felt pretty good doing so! Thank you for providing safe, challenging workouts that are keeping me both fit and sane during these 9 months.
Great workout! This is also my second pregnancy with Ashley. I followed her prenatal program during the first pregnancy and 12 week postpartum, all 10min plans and finally LFSC plan after the first pregnancy and honestly, felt in my best shape ever after completing all. So happy I found Ashley - best thing I could do for myself and my baby is to follow her ❤️
23 and some weeks with baby #4. First pregnancy doing glowbody, though! Got pregnant when on the pp plan then switched over to the prenatal plan after I finished that up. I'm absolutely loving it! Definitely in the best shape I've been since having my first child.
Super challenging but trully enjoyed it I'm super sweaty and m loving it..almost 16 weeks and this workout just made me feel super fresh.Thank you so much❤
I'm so impressed that you manage to talk through this entire workout! When you give this relevant information, it not only educates but also provides a nice distraction to get through the workout quicker.
Rachel, it is me who is honored to have you here. I truly care about educating and supporting moms and I'm grateful for the chance to be your trainer. How many weeks along are you? Do you have my free prenatal program yet? www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts
@@glowbodypt I can tell you are very passionate about this! Yours are the only videos I found online that actually give me a workout, even before I was pregnant! I was sore for a couple days after, so I know I worked my muscles properly! I'm 29 weeks now! I have a schedule that you created which shows week by week what workout you should do, thank you! It's hard to know exactly what is safe, but also what will actually work you and I can see that you really have dedicated time to preparing some great content for us.
33 weeks and I wasn't able to finish this entire work out in my 2nd trimester but today I built up enough stamina to go all the way to the end! Thank you!
Thank you for all you do Ashley! I do have to admit, I did this workout when I was around 22 weeks pregnant as was not really challenged. HOWEVER- I just did it again at 34 weeks and WOW. It felt like a completely different workout, my butt got kicked! Thank you!
That's right, Kylie! "Working through gestational diabetes." It is not your identity. Love this! I am 32 weeks pregnant with #5, and while I always stay very active and keep running through pregnancies, I feel there is still such a stigma with intense exercise and pregnancy. Videos like this are so refreshing
Loved the workout!! Today 39+4 (nothing happening yet) baby nr.1 and following your workouts and Prenatal workout schedule from week 18. That’s when I stumbled upon this video and immediately fell in love with it. Today with my almost 40 years and big belly I am more fit than my sports mates that are not pregnant :) Thanks for all the love you put in your video's!
30 weeks with a 7 and 3 year old and really enjoying your prenatal program! I didn’t find it till 27 weeks, which is the only regret I have. Thanks for making me feel stronger and being so encouraging! Hoping to do the postpartum program as well. Thanks Ashley!
17 weeks, have been following your prenatal plan since 13 weeks (when I stopped puking and could get off the couch)! Thank you for being here for us, I am motivated to do your workouts every week and definitely feel like I am getting stronger even though my new body feels enormous. I like your small talk too, keeps me interested.
Doing this video in the third trimester is WAY more challenging than when I did it in the second. I am 37 weeks today. I actually dread those knee slaps. You are amazing and inspiring and I am dripping sweat. This and the shoulder challenge are two of my favorites.
This weeks grocery haul cashier asked me if my husband would be home to help me unload the haul and I laughed out loud. She should see Ashley's workouts, I thought. Ashley, your shared advice and life experiences have truly gotten me through my first pregnancy. I am surrounded by women who want me to stay motionless. They do not move outside of pregnancy either, and it is hard to maintain respect for my femininity in my daily life. I know why you speak as you do. I have several family members, including women, that have served in the military. I commend what you said on this video. You simply stated what your job was and I hope you do not feel regret for sharing! I often discourage myself from sharing my truth due to others reactions, so here is a positive one to counter act those that are less so
Bronwynn, How many weeks along are you in your first pregnancy right now? CONGRATS! I'm so happy you took the time to write, and to share, and know that you are setting the example for what your baby boy or girl will look to up. You will be teaching them that they, too, can do hard things. Good for you for being respectful to family members who disagree with you taking care of your body during pregnancy, you may just become the first inspirational person who changes their minds for the better through your own healthy pregnancy and postpartum journey to come.
Pregnant with my 4th. Most prenatal workouts are eye-rollingly easy. Not yours! I love this and can totally see this being feasible in the 3rd trimester. HUGE thank you. And thank you for your years of service to our country. Mad respect. 🇺🇸
JB, it's Ashley. You mentioned you were in 3rd trimester, so I'm not sure if you have a newborn baby in your arms yet, but I just wanted to thank YOU for being here and say well done on putting in the hard work to take care of yourself and your baby.
I had never truly been consistent with workouts until your pre pregnancy program. Then I did your postpartum plan and I eventually became healthier than I’d ever been PREpregnancy! Now I’m on my second pregnancy and going through your plan again and it’s been so helpful to not have to think too hard on what to do for my workouts, thank you so much! My two year old also loves watching your family and dogs enter in and out of the shot ❤
Mollie, Congrats on expecting your 2nd baby and this time around you have a little toddler watching you (and likely mimicking your actions!) as you lead by exmple at home of what it looks like to be strong and healthy. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you sharing how you've progressed as a mother to be more fit now than pre-babies!
I’m week 17 with 4th baby (🥳👏), this is the second pregnancy following Ashley’s prenatal plan! In between pregnancies I use her postpartum plan. I’m so grateful for her and her team, I am so grateful she guides us through these HIGH INTENSITY exercises that I feel so safe and strong using! So so so grateful! I just got the Altra shoes she recommends, day #2 working out in them and they seem great! Thank you Ashley for the recommendation!
YES! 17 weeks strong with your 4th baby! THANK YOU for being such an encouragement to other moms by sharing part of your journey on GlowBodyPT. I'm here for you and thank you a million times over for choosing me to be your coach. Glad the altras are a good fit for you, too. : )
Almost 33 weeks! I’ve been following your prenatal schedule since around 15 weeks and it’s been amazing! I love that your kids join you in some videos because my almost 3 year old is right there with me so it’s so relatable 🖤 can’t wait to start the 12 week postpartum program
I’m 12 weeks tomorrow so only first trimester but this was challenging for me in the best way possible! My favorite workout by far. I’ve been following your workouts since I got pregnant and didn’t know you were in the military, I have extra respect for you now. You’re one tough momma ☺️❤️
19 weeks pregnant and started doing this video.I have clearly made a progress.I was actually little scared to workout during the first 3 months. So after the first 3 months luckily found this video.I have been doing this eversince.I had started to gain weight during the first trimester coz I was doing nothing. But when I started to do this workout,It has made a huge difference. My body has toned and in a better shape comparing to the first trimester.I love this workout. It's very effective. And its challenging. But I love da satisfaction I get after the workout everyday.it feels like I have done justice to myself and my baby.Definitely recommend this to any another pregnant mommy. And also looking forward to join the post pregnancy plan as well.

First time mommy here! I found your prenatal training program at 22 weeks. Now I'm in week 27 and feeling SO much stronger thanks to your workouts! This one was the perfect balance of challenging without getting discouraging. Thank you!!
Hannah I'm so glad at 27 weeks along now this was the perfect combo of challenging without being completely defeating! Props to you because I know my training is tough and you are certainly preparing your body well for labor, well done.
Hi Ashley! I am 30 weeks pregnant. This is my third pregnancy. My youngest is 10 years old so it has been awhile. When I had my first two, I was younger and in good shape. This time around, I was overweight pre pregnancy and while I planned to workout during this pregnancy, I have not until today. I have not gained any weight so far during my pregnancy but I have had some challenges. This workout was just what I needed. I was sore but in a good way. I made it thru to the end. I feel great. I love hearing all the positive things that working out was doing for me and my baby during the workout. Thank you so much for this. I feel so motivated. I will be working out to your videos until my delivery and postpartum.
I'm so glad you loved this one and you're getting back into exercising at 30 weeks with your 3rd pregnancy. Be sure to snag my Free Prenatal Program to follow here if you haven't gotten it already, I have specific guidance you'll read for after 32 weeks too. This was great! I love when you have cardio workouts to follow since getting outside for a workout doesn’t always happen. I’m 19 weeks along with quadruplets and I’m enjoying your prenatal plan! Thank you!
WHATTTTT!! Alycia, thousands and thousands of women have done my prenatal training (over 35k have my prenatal training program right now) but you're the first to tell me you are pregnant with quadruplets! Please promise you'll follow up with me on social media and in here to let me know the remainder of your pregnancy treats you and on your postpartum recovery, especially if you do my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan. So much respect, and congrats again to you!
It has been the shock of our lives, but a great opportunity to share our trust in God with others! I plan on doing the prenatal plan (with modifications) for as long as I can and then I will definitely be doing your Post Pregnancy Plan after the babies are born! I love your plans and share them with all the other pregnant mamas I know. I can’t say enough good things about you and how you’ve helped sustain my health through all 3 of my pregnancies. I am SO grateful for you and your passion for us women! Thank you!
Thanks for the great points about the importance of low impact exercise for your joints during pregnancy whilst at the same time providing a challenging workout.
Glad you enjoyed this. I'm certainly not opposed to high impact exercise as well depending on the individual- but it can be difficult and inappropriate for some women in later 2nd and 3rd trimesters.
@@glowbodypt Yes agree, pregnancy and how a woman responses to the changes to her body combined with her fitness levels prior to pregnancy are factors in determining the type, intensity and level of exercise during their pregnancy. Keep up the great videos!
It gets a little easier each time I do it, but it still tortures me haha. Thanks for all your free videos. I love how you talk throughout the whole thing. It makes the 55/50/45 seconds go quicker. Thank you for your military service. My husband was army. He’s out now, medically disabled and now getting a doctorate to get back in the work force. This is our fourth baby and I wish I had known about you in the other pregnancies. I feel stronger and more capable doing these videos. It’s such a blessing.
Good Afternoon! I'm 30 weeks and I just found you today! My husband is in the Army right now and we just moved to our new duty station so it's been hard getting into a rhythm when everything is so chaotic. I am looking forward to doing your workouts as I prepare to deliver. I love your energy and that we share the same values.
32 weeks, first time mom. I LOVED this workout, it was intense but I didn't give up. Been having hip/pelvis pain and I definitely feel loose. Will be doing one of your prenatal stretches. Thank you for this :)!
Omg I actually did it girl...... My baby is moving 😊 I'm 29 weeks it's actually pretty good workout I'm overweight and pregnant and did it all except the stretch my body kept rolling but hopefully when I give birth I'll keep my body healthy🎉 thank you
16 weeks w/ first pregnancy, had severe morning sickness first trimester and it took so much out of me, I thought I would not be able to work out until after the baby came! This gave me so much motivation, I did it all but a little slower on the knee slaps, I'm so proud of myself ! Thanks for a great workout
I love your work outs! I'm 19 weeks with baby number 4. In my last pregnancy I developed sever preeclampsia and had my son at 32 weeks. I'm trying to avoid that with this one by taking better care of myself.
I am 38 1/2 weeks and have been following your workouts, mostly this video, your yoga one and your 25min Pilates video repeatedly since I hit my 3rd trimester and it’s really helped me with my constant sciatica and has helped me prepare for labor. This is my first pregnancy and I haven’t been able to workout consistently until my 3rd trimester, once all the fatigue and nausea went away and with all the changes to my body. I’m grateful I found your channel because it’s kept me going with working out! ❤
Wow! So incredible you're still so active with severe pregnancy induced sciatica pain Kirsten. In case you haven't seen it yet, the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan plus Mom Cookbook BONUS goes on sale this Mother's Day weekend (Fri-Sunday). Hi Ashley! Thank you and your husband for your military service!! The sacrifices you and your husband have made do not go unnoticed and I appreciate all you have done. I am almost 34 weeks and am looking forward to doing your postpartum program :) Thanks for all the great videos!
22 weeks and doing this workout! Recovering from a two month intercostal muscle injury and I'm sooo9ooo happy to be able to workout again, and take a more active role in weight management now.
I'm 14 weeks pregnant with baby #2! I got pregnant 2 months after delivering my son and my body is having a hard time adjusting to this second pregnancy. This workout was incredible and made me feel so good afterwards! Looking forward to trying your other workouts!
Congrats on expecting your 2nd baby! I can only imagine how hard it is getting back into shape postpartum while you are only in newly 2nd trimester of this pregnancy. I admire your motivation and I'm here to help you through it so you can very likely finish this pregnancy more FIT (even though you'll be heavier) than you were pre-pregnancy with your first. I love your videos so much! I have been doing them throughout my pregnancy! I am 29 weeks today and had to go in for my 3hr glucose test this morning which has made me very worried. When you were started talking about gestational diabetes not being your fault I just broke down in mid workout. Thank you for the time you take to help women and your encouraging words 💗
32 weeks and wish I had found you earlier. I was struggling with my normal workouts and found this much more manageable now my bump has grown. Thank you
Awee congrats on 32 weeks and I wish you found me sooner too, but so glad you're here now Nicola. You can still do all of my 3rd trimester safe workouts from now up until delivery to help prep for your labor. I've been loving this one once per week: th-cam.com/video/b8_6bApD1ec/w-d-xo.html
I’m 18 weeks and 4 days . I’ve been using your prenatal workout program since 16 and 1/2 weeks I think so far . I love it all ! Thanks a bunch ! God bless ❤ - Dominique C.
I’m 5 months pregnant. This is the best I sweat every time I always lift at the gym but I take the day to stay home and do your cardio when I want to do cardio. Your the best appreciate you and can’t wait to start your prenatal plan!💖
I am 39+3 today with baby #3 and haven't missed a day of your workouts since I found your channel at 28 weeks! Thank you for making your prenatal plan challenging and free, I have looked forward to every workout! Looking forward to the birth of my baby any day now and to starting the 12 week post pregnancy plan later on!
Am in my 18 week. I most say this is the best work out fo all pregnant mommies out there. I have not felt like this for a while now, I was sweating 😅 through out this work out. That’s a great one dear. God bless u. I must be doing this every day or at least 4 times a week. It’s a amazing 🤩 Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hello Madam, I have been working out with you for 3-4 days so far it's really effective and I feel good so much after every 30 mins of taking this video with me ...now I'm almost 5 months-pregnant and will deliver in July 26 approximately !! I admire your channel! Thumbs up
Hearing that you usually hate cardio but this routine was a winner for you means so much Auna. Congrats to you 18 weeks along in your healthy pregnancy & thanks for taking the time to introduce yourself. : D -Ashley
This is my second pregnancy 25 weeks and today I just start with this workout. My first pregnancy i have followed you from day 1 but this time it was pretty tough for me start but today I did it anyway hopefully will be able to continue.
I am 28 weeks pregnant. Thank you so much for this video! It is the most intense cardio workout I've done since my second trimester, yet it still felt safe. I especially appreciated your encouraging words about being pregnant and taking care of our bodies throughout the workout. :D
17 weeks. First time pregnancy at age 40. I used to do tough HIIT style workouts pre-pregnancy and have been looking for something that could challenge me. Your workout did it! THANK YOU!
25 weeks 😁 i have just recovered from SI joint pain, so slowing working my way into more intense workouts, fingers crossed i can continue to do this one ! I made it to about 20 mins and had to stop, but will see how we go next time !!
I am truly loving the workouts. 29 weeks and feeling healthy and fit and ready for my maternity photos! Minus the very pale February skin tone. Thanks for sharing your faith, fitness and family values with us all :)
Awwe Sarah, it fills my heart to hear you are confident heading into your maternity photos! And honestly I use to feel shy of my pale February skin too- but now I think it's HEALTHY because artificial tanners are unnatural (and often toxic) and real tanning sets us up for oxidative damage and potentially cancer. So you rock that skin, it's gorgeous.
Loved the work out. Thank you.
But I have to add, the part where you nonchalantly talk about interrogating women and children is very disturbing
@@colivier09 if that’s your idea of “interesting small talk” than OK 👌
I too support our troops, but I don’t blindly support wars.
I have to agree, I was not sure how I felt about you normalizing war.
Haha 39 weeks pregnant and made it to minute 20 before I called it for the evening! A great time! Thanks!
Yay! 25 weeks and this is the first exercise I've done during my pregnancy. Thank you for making this video!
Loved it! Almost 22 weeks with baby #2. What you said about the research showing that only a small minority of women continue working out through their pregnancies was really motivating to me. I feel so proud of myself!!
Thanks for sharing!! I am proud of you Alice. You are the exception, and what you are doing to take care of your baby's health is outstanding.

26 weeks!

Ashley, 🔥
Wow!
Catherine, you are FULL TERM NOW with your 5th. Congratulations!

22 weeks with baby number 3 ❤ working through Gestational diabetes. These workouts help keep me in a positive mindset! Thank you!
That's right, Kylie! "Working through gestational diabetes." It is not your identity. Rather, it's something you are facing head on and dealing with in the best way possible by taking care of yourself and taking care of your baby by doing workouts like this. You have the Free Prenatal Program, right? www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts I'm so excited to be along for the ride of this 3rd baby on the way with you!
I used to watch you when I was pregnant with my last baby 2 years ago. So nice to see you're expecting again!! Congratulations
Awwe! Thank you so much. Since you aren't pregnant now, have you tried my 21 Day 8 Minute Workout Challenge yet? (it's FREE!) www.glowbodypt.com/8minuteworkoutchallenge
@@glowbodypt will do !! Thanks.
I'm 22 weeks now. My favorite pregnancy workout so far. Thank you!
32 weeks today!!! Your prenatal program is the best!! Thank you for creating it and thank you for your service in the military!!!
Love this workout, am 38 weeks pregnant and still doing your workouts everyday. Thank you
Almost 33 weeks!
You’re one tough momma ☺️❤️
favorite workout!! AWEE thank you, that means so much to me. You might love my new Best Strength routine too th-cam.com/video/29-Fo19WHq4/w-d-xo.html

I love this work-out! I'm 32 weeks pregnant and follow your prenatal schedule since week 8. Totally love it! Thank you so much!
Ellen, congrats! We are exactly together it sounds like. So excited we will be both be having babies in October. : )
It is the best you'll find anywhere on the web. www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts
from italy, i did it (im 7 m pregnant) and im so proud of me and im happy to found this channel!
Thank you!
Well this just answered my questions on twins!!! Wow!!! Nevermind then 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗
Thanks for the great points about the importance of low impact exercise for your joints during pregnancy whilst at the same time providing a challenging workout.
I feel so alive after this workout in my 35 weeks of pregnancy🤩 Thank you 🌷
It gets a little easier each time I do it, but it still tortures me haha.
I love your energy and that we share the same values.
awwe Jacqueline, from one milspouse to another, YOU ARE SEEN! Great job 30 weeks strong, honored to have you here.
Thank you so much for this!!! It was exactly what I needed :) 26 weeks and know I’m going to do this many times again during this pregnancy !!
You keep your plan for life and video access for 10 years so if you are planning on investing in it to maximize your postpartum recovery, tomorrow is the time to save $. www.glowbodypt.com/12-week-post-pregnancy-plan-2
Hi Ashley! Thank you and your husband for your military service!! The sacrifices you and your husband have made do not go unnoticed and I appreciate all you have done. I am almost 34 weeks and am looking forward to doing your postpartum program :) Thanks for all the great videos!
I am grateful to have you here at nearly 34 weeks along and still going strong Carissa! We will have our babies very close together.
Snag my Free Prenatal Program here and start exactly where you are (about 15 weeks now): www.glowbodypt.com/prenatalworkouts
Well done Laura! I am so excited for you to meet your sweet baby any day now.
Am in my 18 week. I most say this is the best work out fo all pregnant mommies out there. I have not felt like this for a while now, I was sweating 😅 through out this work out. That’s a great one dear. God bless u. I must be doing this every day or at least 4 times a week. It’s a amazing 🤩
Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hello Madam, I have been working out with you for 3-4 days so far it's really effective and I feel good so much after every 30 mins of taking this video with me ...now I'm almost 5 months-pregnant and will deliver in July 26 approximately !!
I admire your channel!
Thumbs up
Congrats on being due at the end of July, Zarah!

18 weeks and really loved this workout! I normally hate cardio but I loved this workout!! So thankful for this pregnancy plan!
