woke up with my neck and should bugging me (hairstylist). The 3rd day work out had the shoulder and neck in it and it felt so good I selected this one. My feel a huge difference. I think I found some of my favorite stretches that I’m able to do at work.
I am practicing with your videos every day fro about 2 months now, I am a semi-pro athlete suffering from back injury. standing yoga is my favorite and helps me manage my pain on a daily basis. This was great! I suffer so much with my upper back and neck as I look after my 2 year old twins full time. The lifting & pushing the pushchair really takes its toll on my body but, this was perfect for fitting in between my jobs whilst they played around me to ease the pain a bit. If I may ask why do you sometimes mixup right and left? You'll say to do something on left but then do it on your right side and vice versa.
