    I can’t believe how stiff I am and this is my problem. Just tried 2 of your classes and I feel so much better thank you. Will do this every day now until I feel more supplemental then I’ll try some of your other videos.

    We loved this neck and shoulder release upload. You are such super star who guides with compassion and gentleness from beginning to end. I felt such a difference when completed and it's been a 2xs weekly practise. Thank you, dear Uliana.

    This felt very good: I tweaked my neck yesterday, and my upper back was also sore. This got the stretch into all the sore muscles. It worked just fine seated on a chair; I had to do only small adjustments. Thank you!

    It's so helpful, I always come back to this channel whenever I need yoga practice. Been a month practicing yoga trough your channel. Especially the 10 mimute standing yoga. I always do it every morning and I do this video whenever I spent my whole day in front of computer. Thank you, Uliana!

    Often times with neck stretches, yoga instructors will say "you'll feel a stretch in ____ side" and I'll actually only or mostly feel it in the other side. Do you know why this is? If it's helpful, I have scoliosis, am genetically hypermobile, and get a lot of neck pain. I exercise and stretch a lot, so it's not something that will go away with just a little more yoga. I'm hoping the answer to why I feel it on the opposite side will help me find a way to deal with my neck pain.

    • @yogawithuliana
      @yogawithuliana  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I try to be careful with the phrase "you'll feel a stretch in __ side" - on one hand, it helps some people to notice the stretch better, on the other hand it can be misleading to people who feel the stretch in the other part of the body, because everyone's body is different and if you feel the stretch somewhere else, it doesn't always mean you are doing something wrong or there is something wrong with your body.
      Stretching and exercising can be a good way to manage general pain but if it's not helping, maybe consulting a doctor is a good idea, especially with issues like scoliosis & hypermobility.

      @@yogawithuliana okay, thanks! It's good to know that it didn't necessarily mean I'm doing something wrong or that there's something wrong.
