The headmaster of the train school I went to always used to joke that he knew how to make a train that was always on time. "Just build a train as long as the tracks, so the train has always arrived." Never thought I'd live to see it, but here we are...

To always arrive on time, you have to respect your passengers and allocate the proper budget and staff.
I only saw that in Japan. In my country, we're treated like trash by the public transportation companies, so obviously they're often late.

But in reality he built his vision of what he could use as a kingdom for him to dictate on train tracks. But basically the both the train and Mr Wilson never had anything to do with the freeze, he just uses it as a way for him to build snow piercer. Hey Spiff, EU4 has another exploit for you to use. It involves Majapahit’s missions, most importantly the ones that give them a permanent CB against any nation that is in the Chinese tech group. It’s a subjugation CB, and it doesn’t matter how much development they have. So if you had a strong enough army, you could theoretically subjugate Ming, consecrate all of their land (with the Majapahit unique government reform, you’ll get 100% of what gets consecrated, none will be lost), then you can just release them, essentially just stealing 100+ development from a single war.
But why stop there? There’s another mission that gives you the same CB against everyone in the world. So you can just subjugate any great power, take their development, and then just release them again.
Upvote this so he sees it!
