Confidence is one of those things that just doesnt happen overnight. You need to work on it. A good way to start is trying to learn new things. Learn a language, or join a martial arts club or boxing club. Something that puts you outside of your comfort zone and gets you interacting with other people. As you progress you start to become more confident in your abilities and over time that will slowly build up. Personally this is much better than just 'join a gym'. someone who already has confidence issues this can be more demoralizing and intimidating

The manners one is huge. I'll never forget one of the actions that won my first girlfriends heart. We were on a train and some guy was staring at her and getting closer to us. So I stood firmly in between them, and shoved my arm up against a railing next to her that walled him off. Honestly, I did it subconsciously, didn't think twice about it. But after we had been dating a while, she told me, that was one of the first things she noticed that made a huge impression on her. That it made her feel safe and the fact that I was a gentleman in other areas was a sure sign that it came from a place of concern and care, and not from a place of ego.
There are women out there that appreciate chivalry and kindness, they have just become a bit rarer in modern society.

Todays man is a lot different than what I grew up idolizing and wanted to act like and I think my generation is so unique because I’ve always felt that yes, we can adapt to certain ways the world is today but we also keep a lot of the old school, healthy relationship tactics that’s we grew up seeing and knowing in the 90’s and 00’s. I’ve been married now for a year and been with the same beautiful girl for almost 7 years and wow is it amazing to be the loving man that I should be and that she is looking for! Women should not settle for less especially these days when good men are so hard to come by! Men need to been men in the most genuine way possible! Women will notice a man vs a boy! @@kennedyhair8434 better not kiss and tell… I’ve done not bad I think considering I don’t lie, don’t try to buy love and a bit unconventional. However I do admit I have a lot of advantages that make it easier for me than most guys, so I won’t pretend that’s not true.
However a lot of it comes from consistent care over time as well and even more importantly learning how to connect with a woman on a personal level I’ve found is underrated and goes beyond just your looks and features, it makes it possible for real relationships.
I have been able to “get laid” without being the best in that regard but that doesn’t fulfill me as much as when I get better on that level. It has a more lasting impact than - for random example - a night or two of great sex with a beautiful woman or two over a year.
Thats why real connections more so are all I ever cared about in this regard, but over time (after getting separated and divorced with 2 kids I still see weekly) the challenge of that has led me to see the real value of improving one’s ability to connect with others; it also makes you a better person just like all the things mentioned in this video.
When you are good socially and with the opposite sex even on a personal, unconditional and intimate level when appropriate, that is very healthy for you as a human being.

I do agree with what you said Courtney. Kindness is never out of style. Some men I think are taught to see it as weakness but I see it as strength. Real masculinity is not defined by our modern culture. It is the very heart of the Creator who created us. Humbleness, kindness are attractive traits in women to me personally. Arrogance, haughtiness, lack of humility are not and never will be. I will just leave with this quote from scripture. “The fruits of the Spirit are love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, gentleness and self-control against such things there is no law” Galatians 5:22-23. This is the true heart of God and who we are meant to be and can be through Jesus Christ.

Self-hatred prevent you from being confident (trust me, I've struggled a lot with self-hatred for most of my life up to this point [currently 20 years old]). Also, when you love yourself sufficiently, you can love and appreciate others a whole lot more.

From what I've heard from my friends. Its not that I don't have confidence, it's just I'm still shy and bottled up to myself. Even the suit I wear when I was heading towards my christmas party I felt less confidence. ( my job throw an early Christmas party for workers at a place downtown) I have gotten so many compliments with that suit, that random people starts talking to me. BUT do not mistake it for 'bottling them up'. The latter leads to volcanic eruptions that can easily ruin your relationships and life. Bottling up emotions is the exact thing leading to suicides in young men, and why most abuses and crimes end up happening, which then cause women to feel the need to become more masculine and hateful towards men. Then the resultant abuses end up upbringing even graver toxicity in young people. But it's a woman's nature to be a bit eruptive emotionally, and it's acceptable. It's not a necessity that they are emotionally intelligent, although it helps in many cases of course. Men do not afford it. Men have the natural ability to channel emotions to their will. The "lifetime learner" point has become something that has been a source of tension between my wife and I. I LOVE to learn. I can't get enough information. Because of my search for new knowledge, I find myself able to hold my end of a conversation on a lot of topics that I find fun - anything from medicine to theoretical science and from music to politics. Unfortunately, this has become a source of resentment from my wife. She says she feels threatened that I have so many interests. This feeling of resentment has caused issues when I wish to show her something I am working on, when writing music (music is a major hobby of mine). When I ask if I can show her a new work, she shrugs her shoulders and says, "I guess... it's not like you can impress me. I know you write music, so I just expect you to come up with something new. You just can't impress me, anymore." Seems like having a "lifetime learner" attitude can create some issues.

For any guys out there looking to add more confidence, just remember that true confidence is basically just knowing what you are capable of; it is not the same as being cocky.
You're not afraid because you have proven yourself to yourself. Others happen to see it and like it.
Here's what to do to get more: first, make yourself experience small victories. Then, try more advanced things, and the confidence will come.
If you try something too hard too fast it will end in defeat and lower confidence. Basically it takes time.
In the end you will have true confidence and not care if a woman turns you down (OK, if you really like her you will still be disappointed).
Once you have proven yourself and your self worth to yourself, it doesn't matter what most people think of you.

Men need to adopt these behaviors because they are foundational to be a well rounded, successful person. My one critique is assuming that if you embody these behaviors, that you will be attractive to women. When women think about these "irresistable behaviors", they are picturing a physically attractive man with game / style. Let's face it, if you are not her type/she is not physically attracted to you, these behaviors don't change anything. And we know women are incredibly picky as to the % of men that fall into her "am I Attracted enough to him" bucket. you can take 100 men that embody what you listed, have them meet 100 women, and watch the women reject 95%+ of those men based on factors that are not on your list. In short, men need to adopt those habits for themselves, not for women.
