Ingredients
Brinjal : 1 kg
Oil
Green Cardamom : 3
black cardamom : 2
black pepper : 6 to 7
cinnamon stick : 1
Clove: 2
Chopped Garlic : 1 tablespoon
Dry ginger powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel powder: 1teaspoon
Cumin : 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric : 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
Tamarind (50 grm ) Soaked into 1 1/2 glass of water
Salt as per taste

I have never tried this recipe before.... My beloved late mother used to cook but before my marriage she left us.... Thank you for the recipe. Tomorrow I'll give it a try because my in laws are asking for the same. Do pray ki ache se bana sako'n mein . Thank you once again dear ❤️

You know what I like most about your recipes; they are easy to make. Quick question though - I saw you adding red chili powder and also you added handful of whole green chili peppers. Would it be too hot and spicy 🔥🌶?

1: I am using Kashmiri Red Chilli powder ,which give good red colour to the dish and they are not hot .
2 : I have added whole large green chillies they are mild & flesh isn't hot at all 😊
