What oil have you used here. Also, is it necessary to blanch the baingan in the salt and turmeric solution? Doesn't it make it difficult to fry because of the moisture?

Hi , I have used mustard oil.
It’s not necessary to blanch .
No , infect they will be fried so well . 👍
